Very helpful staff
On all my three visits to the Derry store the staff were friendly and helpful. I decided to complete my order online but found it difficult to navigate so decided to revisit the store (due to figuring out measurements etc) Conor the store manager was great in helping me complete my order and answering all questions I had :)

Stevie is a credit to the team
Had a fantastic experience in the Crescent Link DFS Derry store today thanks to Stevie. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain all of our available options so clearly, making the whole process stress free. We were even offered a coffee while we took our time deciding on the different choices. Absolutely outstanding customer service, Stevie is a credit to the team! We’re so happy with our experience.
