Mark provided our customer service today. He was excellent in answering all our queries. There was no pressure to buy and he was excellent with the kids. Mark explained all aspects of the sales process and everything was checked to avoid any inappropriate sales techniques.
Really good customer service by DFS. I’d definitely recommend them.

What can be a difficult process was eased with the help and guidance of Patrick. With his assistance we quickly found the furniture we were looking for. He explained all that was on offer, delivery, extended warranty, care of a leather suite etc. In all, a very pleasant experience. We were sorted within an hour. Thank you Patrick.

Mark was recommended to us for guidance on buying a sofa and was very helpful gave very good customer service .

I went in store knowing what I wanted after being in there the day prior, they helped me with the sizes and recommending how I'd fit everything in the small space I have by swapping parts of the sofa in different places which was really helpful.
So big shout to Pamela for her time and thoroughness in helping me.

Obviously you have all the extras that get thrown your way when buying but they do tell you and are quite happy to let you know you can decline all of them if you wish.

We appreciate her hospitality.

The show room was well stocked with a verity of settee and chairs in a number of styles and colours. I went back after a earlier visit were i had talked to a very helpful assistant how had given me some very helpful advice .
His name was mark and I could tell when he gave me the advice he was not just interested in making a sale but understood the customer need the right product.
On my second visit to the show rooms I waited to talk to mark again and ended up getting a different more expensive settee and chair and was very impressed with the service.
I could see when I was in store all members of staff had the same work ethic
