David in the Guildford branch was brilliant, everything fairly straight forward and gave us a great deal of advice. Would deal with again if DFS weren't closing that branch, shame really.

Popped into Guildford branch where the…
Popped into Guildford branch where the male showroom consultant demonstrated the how to work the sofabeds. Very kind and patient and took time to answer questions. Prompted due to this demonstration we then searched online for the sofa bed we wanted.

Fantastic service
David was incredibly helpful with his knowledge of the products, the colours and the various ways to finance. He also helped us to choose the correct orientation for our corner sofa from pictures on our phone.

The store was quite busy but I was very well looked after and all of my queries were clearly answered. The staff made me feel very welcome and after checking out the various options I placed my order with David. He clearly outlined all my options and took time to go through everything. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Pleasant and satisfactory experience!
The store was quiet so we were able to look at everything we wanted to. The lady was very helpful, not pushy, and told us all the options available to us.
I had looked at your website (which was also very good) so I knew what I wanted but there is no substitute for actually sitting on the sofas!
