We meet Lisa at the store today and she was very helpful and knowledgeable

Richard really helped us to pick the right sofa for our situation, a combination that we had never considered. He was very knowledgable about the products and options available. He was really patient, friendly and really listened to what we wanted.

Mark was patient and not pushy. He trusted us to take our time and even to leave and look at other competitors before coming back, satisfied we had the right furniture for us! Your in house choices were far better than any of your local competitors as were your prices. Mark took loads of time with us helping us get everything we needed.

I and my family were greeted by friendly staff who explained the lay out of store and pointed us in the right direction. Did not feel pressured in any way.
We were dealt with by Alexis who explained everything throughly.

My wife and I went into DFS today to finally buy the corner seating unit we fell in love with three months previously.

We are buying a house in France (a protracted affair) and choosing furniture to try and tie-in with the completion has proved difficult. However, we have been ably assisted by Tina who we first met those three months ago.

She originally greeted us and has helped us each time we went back so it was great to finally conclude the purchase with her help.

Thorough in all she explained and with a cheery disposition, she was a delight to have helping us.
Nothing was too much trouble and 5 stars is certainly well deserved!

We first started looking for a corner seating unit about three months ago, after we had found a house which we had decided to buy.

We explained to the lovely sales person, Tina, that we were just starting our search and were left to amble round the store. When we found what we had been looking at online, we asked for her help. Tina hadn't been pushy and that was important to us.

Questions were answered in a helpful, constructive manner and despite the fact we had explained we were not able to make a purchase that day, Tina gave us ample time.

We went back into the store twice more, as the house purchase (moving to France), wasn't quite as smooth as we had hoped for and the completion date was difficult to predict. We were greeted each time by Tina and finally we could tell her that we could proceed! She explained in detail, that we could not benefit with some aspects of the things DFS had to offer but we had decided on our choice and proceeded with our purchase.

We could not have had a better experience with Tina and would heartily recommend DFS to anyone who wants a stress-free shopping experience.

On an initial visit the day before we spoke to an adviser who was super helpful and gave us enough information to be informed but also enough space to not feel cramped.
