We were met with Charley today in our kings Lynn store, who was very friendly, professional and had great knowledge of all the sofas. Charley Was very patient with explaining all the offers, fabrics ect on all 3 of the sofas we interested in. Over all we were very happy to make the purchase after the excellent service we received.

Difficult customer incoming!
Fantastic customer service from Maddie and Aaron. I was 'that' difficult customer because of my son's complex needs. Nothing was to much trouble and they helped me choose a suitable sofa when I had no idea where to start. Thank you guys

The personal touch. We had been in the store previously and thankfully been educated rather than sold at. Even though this was to be a major purchase for us and we had looked around, we felt the quality of the product was good and the advice given was honest.
