Sat the manager was very informative, knowledgeable and explained everything to me regarding the 2 seater sofa I bought. He also showed me how to keep it in good condition by demonstrating how to to do it.

From staff friendliness to amazing sofa
Went to DFS to have a look at some sofas, everyone was really helpful and attentive, when I finally decided which one to buy Lloyds help me do the finish touches and make the order. Samir was fantastic, he went through everything with us without being to pushy, he explained the different options on the leather sofas we looked at, he was very helpful and friendly with good customer service skills, we was offered drinks as well
