Experience was great. Staff was friendly not pushy to buy. Advised us on our description of what we was looking for.
Offered us drinks. Gave us time to think and decide. It was a lovley experience couldn't of asked for a better service.
Simon morris and another member of staff , didn't catch his name very polite and helpful.
To us what seems a very stressful time. Has helped made this decision less stressful. Also would like to mention its nice to see staff in casual/smart clothing. Which also does not overwhelm customers.
This is our 3rd sofa with DFS.

Great customer service from Richard at the Norwich branch. Was not pushy, explained all the different combinations we could have. Only let down was amount of wait time for sofa, but if it 8s quality you want then it will be worth it.

On our visit to the store we met Sales Assistant Natalia who listened carefully to our needs and offered us positive advice. She drew up a sketch based on a photograph of our room that we had provided. We subsequently made a purchase.

I had a absolutely fantastic experience buying my sofa the sales rep was extremely helpful to my wife to find her exactly what she wanted. He was able to give us the best advice after he asked if we had any sofas we wanted to view and made us feel completely relaxed with the clear and honest advice and making it entertaining with a laugh and joke. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone I know. P.S the wife is stealing my recliner

Hi I bought a nice sofa and footstool at the Norwich outlet. Great service and a fantastic range. Would highly recommend this if you are looking for a great sofa.

Lovely warm welcome, asked me all the right questions to know exactly what I was looking for, was very helpful, wasn’t pushy, gave space for us to browse and decide, I never once felt uncomfortable, first time buying a sofa and was very happy with my experience and service that was provided! Highly recommend this store!

Excellent service from the Simon that I dealt with. There was no "hard sell" which is always a bonus as there is nothing worse than wanting to buy something and then being hassled to within an inch of your life the second you wall through the door. All relevant information passed in and very relaxed and easy. Now to wait and see what it turns up like for the next review.
