Absolutely DREADFUL customer support. Sofa and footstool were delivered a couple of weeks ago. Upon inspection of the footstool it was damaged in two places. I called DFS to have a replacement delivered but was only offered a repair and was repeatedly told that this was their policy and a replacement could not be provided before a service visit despite me sending photos. I was also denied from talking to a manager despite requesting it as the individual was working from home! I booked another day off work for the service visit and was told that the service manager would ring the night before or the morning of the visit to confirm an arrival time. I did not receive a call by mid-day on the service visit day so I contacted DFS who told me the visit had been cancelled on the system and they had done nothing to notify me. I have now wasted two days of annual leave for no reason for a fault that was DFS' fault in the first instance, delivering faulty goods! I am yet to reach a solution as nobody at DFS wants to be accountable for their mistake. This process has been incredibly frustrating and a massive loss of income for me missing work. I expect DFS to take responsibility and compensate me for my time, or at the very least replace my furniture that was delivered broken!

What can I say, ordered new sofas on 06.12.24 and delivered today. Delivery guys were fantastic, very polite and punctual. Up to date real time delivery expectations. They were both quick efficient and professional throughout. 5star service from start to finish.

Faulty and broken sofa
Can someone call me on 07795221137 regards to q faulty and broken sofa I'm still fighting for a refund as it was delivered like this a manger from banbury came out and saw it bolts missing so now a health and safety issue manager agreed so why can't I have a refund I'm not having a repair for a 4,000 sofas to be told it can be repaired you know who I am so don't ask for my order number just ring my number this is such q crap company who lies and don't ring back any excuses going they will tell you ypu have my number so call it before 24 hours or taking this to court and news papers will be involved
Under act 15 I'm initialled to a full refund so give me my money back don't know why you won't your actually braking the law but you don't care well we will see

Sid was very friendly on entering the store. He introduced himself and have time for us to browse independently before offering further help. Overall, the service was week balanced, very helpful and informative.

Bought a three piece suite from DFS, the sofas were great and the service was excellent. Sid provided us with lots of information without being pushy and definitely helped us to make our purchase. Would definitely recommend DFS based on our experience.
