Amazing
The gentleman was awesome. Went shopping with my disabled grandad who is in desperate need of a new sofa. The sales assistant was very patient with him and very willing to help. He was happy to wait while my grandad thought about the purchase. The process was very smooth and easy. Very great full for the gentleman who has definitely built my grandads confidence up when it comes to purchasing larger items

Excellent overall experience
Excellent overall experience mainly due to Alim who advised us on everything. What a change to actually deal with an advisor who took the trouble to to at least seem like he was interested in more than just the sale of a suite. As the Oxford branch will soon be closing Alim will be moving on to pastures new so we wish him all the very best.

Excellent All Round Service!
We were just passing the Botley Store and was not expecting to make a purchase quite yet.
However, realising that this particular Branch is closing within the next month, and seeing a suitable and reasonably priced sofa, we decided to go head.
Salesman 'Tahmid' was simply excellent! He made the whole process so easy and was a pleasure to converse with. He is a true professional and undoubtedly destined for great things.

We bought a previously used power…
We bought a previously used power recliner and found that it was broken in multiple places and didn't arrive with a power adapter.
We've now had it weeks and still don't have any date of a fix or parts.
