We received a warm and welcoming reception when walking through the door and were asked if there was something specific we were looking for. We were then shown which direction to follow and if we needed anything just let them know and then left us in peace to have a good look around before Steve approached us and asked if we needed any help or more information on anything. I had found what I was looking for and asked for more details and he duly obliged in a friendly and professional manner. We were offered drinks more than once while we waited for the paperwork to be sorted and made payment for my purchase. Steve was very nice and helpful throughout the process and was a pleasure to deal with and I got the items I wanted so it was a successful visit to the store.

Choose a sunday morning because thought it would be quiet .
a few people looking around a sales person approached us and asked if we needed help.
Told them our requirements and was taken to be shown a selection of sofas .
Very polite and good knowledge of sofas.very quick at getting delivery time and full price with extras .

John was very helpful about the different sofas, helped us with colour and textures. When we chose which one he showed us the features then told us about the care scheme. We then went through the credit over 4years.

John was very helpful following our visit to the Reading store. We chose four items from the Layla range. We discussed delivery, finance, material and extended warranty and placed an order for delivery during October.
