Stu was so helpful and no pressure
Stu was so helpful, our initial plan of a corner sofa didn't work with our space but he helped us find an alternative and wasn't pushy or pressuring. We had time to look and decide what to do without feeling like we had to decide right there.

Great customer service
Greeted on arrival and pointed in the direction of what we were looking for.
Tony the salesman was personable, helpful and knowledgeable without it feeling like we were being rushed or pushed into a sale.

The sales team weren't at all pushy
The sales team weren't at all pushy, they gave us time to look and explained various options and things that weren't actually explained when looking at the sofa set online. When we chose the set we wanted, they didn't try to encourage us into buying extras or upgrading the sofas with electric options, they just sold us what we chose. There was no trying to increase the spend or add more onto the finance deal. Overall a refreshing change from some other credit based furniture sales.
