Really good experience with DFS. There were loads of great options to choose from, so it was easy to find something that suited us. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process really straightforward. Great service overall, and I'd definitely recommend them!

Easy to park outside in the disabled bay. The door to the store was difficult to open when pushing a wheelchair in. The store itself was bright, felt welcoming and set out perfectly with enough room to walk around without feeling crowded. Love the way the furniture was presented. It felt clean and tidy and we enjoyed the experience. The salesman was experienced and looked after us and was very knowledgeable and helped us choose our furniture. A very satisfying experience.

Alan was very informative and helpful, he had previously offered to help with anything we needed. We had only gone in to buy a bed, then we spotted a nice sofa x2 as me and my wife was discussing if the sofa's would fit in our home or even make it through the doorways, he overheard this, and, politely interjected to solve all our puzzles. And helped us purchase two new sofas as well as a new bed base and mattress. What a legend, such a friendly Guy, so knowledgeable, not pushy ..and a fellow Biker! Cheers Alan!!

Ahmed who initially greeted us in the store was very welcoming and polite, he was very helpful and checked later on to see how we were getting on, he showed us different options and was very knowledgeable.

Purchased the sofa from the store made life really easy as we knew we wanted. had to wait several months to receive the sofa which is not an issue I gave away my old sofa and then once these guys came to drop it off they’re really helpful. However when they were installing the sofa they found out the sofa on the electronic one with the console thing had a faulty headrest they couldn’t fit the headrest on so what they had to do was mess around with bending the bars, etc try to get it working. I was told that somebody will contact me within 72 hours to arrange a replacement or replace the hinges or do something and also the manager Slough store will give me a call guess what? Nothing has happened why doesn’t that surprise me especially when you’ve taken a lot of money from me and give such great service by not bothering to contact a paying customer honestly it’s a joke now I have a sofa that has been tampered with and personally I should have rejected which I really was going to do but I thought let me be the bigger person. Still waiting
