Muhammad was very informative great knowledge and took time with us.

We only went into showroom to order sofas as the website wouldn't allow us to order the combination needed. Showroom staff had no problem ordering what we needed, once she listened to what we were saying rather than talking continually.

He was warm, welcoming and never pushy, which made looking around so much easier. He took the time to understand exactly what style, size and comfort level we were after, and showed us options that perfectly fitted our home and budget.

The quality of the sofas is excellent – sturdy frames, high‑grade fabrics and cushions that keep their shape, not just soft for a few weeks. You can really tell they’re built to last. Friendly staff member, and excellent sales experience, I loved the fact that I was left to browse until I had chosen a sofa that I liked myself, most shops sales staff pounce as soon as you walk through the door, so I found it relaxing and I was able to take my time and have a good look around with my husband.
