Exceptional service by Anthony. He was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He didn’t make us feel pressured and helped us to choose our sofa. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choice :) A real credit to DFS.

Loved the relaxed feel with staff, not jumped on when you gone through the door is a novel change!
Liked the offer of a coffee albeit turned into an expensive one 😉
Particular mention goes to Nikki at Stockport that’s one knowledgeable man on the products, great interpersonal skills, good communication he just had a great way about him and made us all feel comfortable and involved in the purchase (family of 5 with x3 young kids)
My advice use this man to train the young guns they would learn a lot from him he seems a genuinely top bloke who cares about his customers and job.
