We had a great experience buying our sofa, and Lauren was extremely helpful throughout the process. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made everything really straightforward for us.
Lauren was always happy to answer our questions and kept us updated, which made the whole experience stress-free. We really appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a sofa.

Neil the salesman was really easy going…
Neil the salesman was really easy going and not too pushy, explained everything really clearly and came across very honest and just such a nice guy, a credit to dfs. We were only lookin for ideas but the sales approach and service meant that we felt at ease and comfortable and so we went ahead and purchased a beautiful couch at a very reasonable price

Very friendly and helpful staff
We didn’t catch the names of the man and woman who helped us today but they were EXTREMELY helpful in advising and giving us all the information we needed. I was struggling to decide on numerous things, they were very honest and went above and beyond to carry a chair over to the other end of the shop so I could compare colours/styles etc. We have walked out as 2 very happy customers, would 100% recommend visiting.
