As I said in the previous review the person who dealt with us was lovely, didn’t pressure us at all. When we finally decided to buy our sofa which was shop display he went off to get the agreement to find it had been sold already online a few hrs before, undeterred he then rang around all stores until he found the identical settee which happen to be the same price. Salesman was very helpful and non judgemental, never felt pressured or forced into anything, was more of a casual and informative conversation.
The only thing was the sofa care plan was perhaps a little pushy, however I work in sales myself and understand the nature of this.

Incredibly polite and helpful, informative, able to ask every question, and gave us as much space as we needed.
