I had an issue with missing beads. I reached out to customer service. They replied in a timely fashion and help to fix the problem.

I bought bead pen and never received it. I contacted the company and they said it was lost in route. They are sending me a new one. I can’t be more excited to finally receive it soon

I recently received a kit which had been processed at the manufacturers with a colour bead missing. I contacted Diamond painting gifts, and they contacted the manufacturer and replaced the beads at no cost to me. I received them in the mail yesterday. Fantastic service, I had no issues and fully recommend Diamond Painting Gifts. I will be a returning customer. Thank you customer service team.

Okay the shipment took longer then the website says and they took 3 days to answer but atleast I recieved an answer and the shipment was mailed.

I had a great experience with customer service when a piece I ordered was not available. They were fast in letting me choose the replacement and also added a free gift for the inconvenience. I am very happy with the service and will order again.

I have run out of beads on the Mandala coasters and the Christmas coasters. I have been emailing them since 10/4/22. I have also opened a PayPal dispute since they are dragging their heels with excuse after excuse. At one point, they wanted me to finish the sets (I bought 5) so I could tell them what I really needed. Terrible customer service!

I was sent the wrong picture so I wrote to them and they were very fast getting back to me to get it fixed. They care about there customers and get the problem fix as fast as they can.thank you for your support team they were grate.
