I placed my order 2/5 and it finally arrived 3 weeks later. I noticed when I ordered that the 5th painting I had in my cart was removed and replaced with the 'mystery box' but I presumed that meant that my 'free $50 gift' that they were advertising was my selected item at a discounted price of $5.99. The listing stated: "Discounted products total over $50, Enjoy this free box(30*30cm)' which was neither free (since they charged me $5.99) nor a box. What I received was a 1-inch round piece of plastic with no discernable use or function!! There is no name or description on the label (470825.02 BXBA-XC-AW Made in China 00005). How can this possibly be worth over $50? It can't cost more than $0.50 retail and that's only if it actually has a purpose!! And I do not have the painting I ordered! This was deceptive, falsely advertised, and a ripoff and I demanded either a refund or the painting I originally ordered! How can you call something 'free' and then charge for it? How can you claim something with no discernable value is worth over $50? And most of all, why would you treat customers this way, thereby all but guaranteeing a loss of repeat business? I contacted customer service who said that they would send my painting immediately. What I received instead was some ugly painting of the Kremlin...in the middle of the Ukraine crisis! Then today they tried sending me doctored receipts to 'prove' I wasn't charged for the 'free gift' when their own website clearly shows in my order history that I was charged! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE! And they can feel free to challenge anything I've said because I have everything documented and all the screenshots of their dishonest practices. I gave them the opportunity to fix the issue and they made it worse instead and the fake receipt was the last straw for me!

I was notified that they did not have the color that I requested. I told the person to send me any color. They took care of it asap. They were very quick in taking care of it. Thank you so much to them. It is a very nice company and very nice people. God bless them all.

Excellent customer service!!! I was missing a package of drills. I did not keep a copy if my order number, so was a bit challenging to describe what I was trying to locate, which they found with ease and will send me the missing package of drills. Highly recommend this company.

I would like to say I couldn't track my order so I wrote and gotten a reply within 24hrs. I was given a link to track it and was reassured that my order was on it's way. I thank them for being fast to solve my issue. Thank you for your service

I had a question on a painting that I could not locate. They helped me locate it on their site. I ended up ordering that item plus 6 more!! That package made it all the way to Ohio and it was lost by the USPS. I contacted them again and they are sending me a replacement package. They are very responsive & have great customer service. I will order from them any day!! Give them a try, you won't regret it!!

I purchased a beautiful pic, I also purchased the diamond storage case be its been near 1 year and I contacted customer service and told them I didn't receive. They basically told me I would not get it. I paid for the case extra. Print was considered free at the time. I just think since I paid for it. I should of gotten it. Just saying.

As I try shopping pop-ups appear telling me somebody just bought something just now. Who cares? I’m trying to shop I don’t want stuff getting in the way of the pictures I’m looking at. Guess I’ll go somewhere else to shop. Won’t deal with that. They do it in public room and I call him’s name and him went out

Customer service couldn’t have been better I had a problem with order stuck in post. They answered all my questions promptly. When I notified them that it had arrived they even replied to thank me for letting them know.

I purchased multiple diamond painting pictures and I put 1 together so far. It turned out really nice. One of my pictures came with incorrect colored diamonds but the customer service was great, they are sending the correct diamonds to me. I expect my other pictures to turn out wonderful and will probably purchase more.
