Engagement ring has not arrived so I can‘t make the proposal and noone (really noone) in Customer Service and the shop aims to help or solve the situation. Extremely bad customer service, would never order something there again

Die Bestellung lief im grossen und ganzen gut ab, mich hat lediglich gestört das ich nach 3 Mails an den Kundenservice noch telefonisch nachhacken musste um eine einigermassen zufriedenstellende Information zu erhalten.
Ansonsten passt alles.

Meine Erfahrung mit diamondsfactory Zürich war ausgezeichnet. Hatte einen Verlobungsring bestellt online. War zunächst skeptisch wegen der vielen negativen Bewertungen. Ich war aber erstaunt über den sehr guten Support. Ich wurde regelmässig informiert und bekam Mails . Auf meine Anfragen wurde immer geantwortet und das Termin System funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Ring wurde früher fertig als angenommen. Nach 3 Wochen konnte ich ihn bereits abholen. Wenn die Zeit drängt empfiehlt es sich ein mail zu schreiben mit dem Hinweis dass das Schmuckstück zu einem gewissen Datum gebraucht wird damit man erfährt ob sich alles zeitlich ausgeht. Ich konnte sogar den Ring noch in seiner Grösse anpassen lassen und eine Woche später hatte ich ihn wieder. Ich kann diamondsfactory Zürich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Tolle Erfahrung für mich. Einen traumhaft schönen Ring haben sie gemacht. Über den Wert lässt sich streiten da Diamanten sowieso das meiste an Wert verlieren ist wahrscheinlich die Option mit Labor Diamanten die beste.

Great experience buying a new ring. The numerous options and ability to select diamonds in different sizes is great. Delivery was right as noted in the confirmation email. I will shop again.

The quality of the ring was very good and the service was prompt.

The Webshop is one of the best. The prices are absolutely correct and the quality is great. My wife is really happy with the diamond ring. It is so beautiful. The delivery time (5 weeks) was also good. They told before 3 - 5 weeks. So it was in time. On the delivery the certificate was missing. But one phone call and they sent it quickly. Thats what I call a customer service. Thank you very much for all.

Der Verlobungsring für meine Freundin wurde schneller geliefert als angegeben. Der Ring sag genau so aus wie auf der Website. Er ist toll verarbeitet und der Ganze Ablauf von Bestellung bis Lieferung ist top. Weiter ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.

Die Beratung war sehr freundlich und angenehm.

Unfortunately, our experience with Diamond Factory has been very disappointing. The diamond earrings we received arrived with the security seal already broken, so we immediately returned them.

It has now been several weeks, and we are still waiting for our refund. Our emails have gone unanswered, and no one answers the phone either. For a company selling high-value jewelry, I expected a much more professional level of customer service and communication.

Until this issue is resolved, I unfortunately cannot recommend Diamond Factory.

The pieces they offer are beautiful and they have lovely staff. It’s just that it’s the second time I’m receiving my order without any signature from DHL. When I called DHL to complain they said it was from Diamondsfactory’s side so I let it go at the time. This time I ordered studs and the same thing happened again. I also didn’t receive any type of certification with the two ear studs I ordered. I tried to contact you through the website and still no response from your side. I’m slowly regretting my decision to get involved with Diamondsfactory to be honest. Else it’s good.

The ring is beautiful and i love it. The diamonds shine mostly blue in the sunlight and it looks amazing! We want to design our wedding rings on this side too!

Longer period of uncertainty, as I did not receive any Certificate of authenticity with the delivery . Only After asking and to week later I got the confirmation, in between I starten to have doubt …

Quality is not great. I bought diamonds earrings not even a month ago, wore them once and a stone already fell off. Been trying to contact them about it but they are unreachable: filling out their form on their website does nothing and their live chat is apparently always "offline".
