Thank you for reaching out to us. We are so very sorry that you experienced such a delayed transit time. All carriers are still catching up from the extreme holiday volume this year. We have seen that some packages have gotten caught in this and have taken much longer than what is typical to deliver.

FedEx has assured us that they will be back to their pre-pandemic transit times in February. Based on your location, your shipments should only take 2-3 days to arrive at that point.

At this time, all of our bars will be about 150-170 calories, depending on the product. We do not have any that will be 260 calories, but we can certainly help you find a bar or snack closer to the calorie range you are looking for.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your concern regarding sales tax when shopping with us and are more than happy to help. There was a supreme court law that was recently passed that now requires all online retailers to begin charging sales tax (the same as your local tax) on any orders placed online. This rate can vary based on your zip code and also can change based on the types of products you order. While we understand this can be frustrating since there may be some states that are not yet complying, the state in which we are located does require that we comply with this policy. Soon, this will encompass all 50 states.
