Customer support is always timely and customer support team member, Cali was very helpful in responding and resolving my concerns. I have been very satisfied with the service provided.

Mike did a great job from the start. He gave me a welcome call, clearly explained everything that was going on, and made sure I knew what to expect throughout the process. He was professional, communicative, and reassuring, letting me know I could reach out anytime if I had questions or concerns. I really appreciated his responsiveness and the smooth experience overall

Akeelha welcomed me to Shed with an abundance of knowledge and a warm, friendly manner. My only regret was due to being at work I had to cut our chat short.

So shed had responded to my comment on a issue i was having in regards of the affliate program I was in signed a contract the same time my friend did she recieved her codes but I didnt so I reached out to lexie hufftaker she never responded she ignored me up until I emailed the affliate email then she responded quickly to the email so it wouldn't make her look bad like she was doing her job which she wasnt so I emailed Hallie the influencer manager she was no different from lexie I explained to her what happened she did not care all she wanted to do was offer me the bare minimum refer people and get a commission from it why would I do that when I wss with a company where my contract was good but lexie wanted to offer me better so we both agreed and sign to it lexie excat words was she wanted to offer me better then what my company that I was with was offering so she did and now all Hailey can say is you can join our referral program how would yall feel shed if your job was offering you a raise and kept telling you you will get it and you being patient and time goes by a month 2 months 3 months and you still waiting on that raise the same way I was waiting on my codes and my link and my months free worth of medication of peptides that me and lexi hufftaker agreed on i got all the emails 📧 and messages even my friend said she thinking twice about shed they not professional and they dont stand up to what they said and she dont like how I was ignored and didnt receive my codes and stuff first when I was the one who reffered her I should've been tooken care of first shed is a good company nothing against them but they need to get rid of the the two people I named cause they making shed look bad and cause I messaged about my codes and my link and codes to my free medication that me and lexi agreed on that makes me a bad person when I got proof smh if a person cant stand on what they say and what they agreed on they dont need to be trying be influencer for shed and promising people false hope and screwing people out they contracts making them leave the company they was with just to signed a contract with them and you ask a question and they end it at any time not right

I wanted to shout out Michael/Mike. He took the time to explain the whole program and how everything worked. He emphasized what is available to me and my needs to ensure that I get the best service. Excited to join the Shed community!

I received my product the next day with the supplies required for administering the medication. The dosing on the packaging is a bit to small to ready and the link to show you how to self inject was not working however when I reached out the customer support pern, Clifton, contacted me and walked me throught how to get the assistance needed.

I spoke with Mike and he was very informative and answered any questions I had. I look forward in starting my weight loss journey with Shed!

I haven't started the medication yet however Tamika with shed called to welcome me and walk me through things. I will say the cost is a bit more than I thought it would be the subscription doesn't cover meds which is okay I didn't think it would.

Tyler was very nice. He answered my questions. There was a little bit of confusion about the length of my prescription how often I would be billed But we got it straightened out.
