THIEVING SCAM COMPANY
We ordered some toys for our dog several weeks ago, and nothing, no updates, no goods, and no response to our emails. They are plainly stealing peoples money, and getting away with it, so later today, I will be looking into who I can report them to, in the hope of getting a refund.

Company must be a scam.
I ordered a small item on 16/12/2025.
After receiving an empty packet from them delivered by Royal Mail on 31/12/2025, I already thought this suspicious, however decided to direct a query by email to them and as expected - Surprise Surprise - No response.
DIMOO HOME? More like just Don't be a Dim anything to order from them!

I have not gotten a reply from the email I sent to get tracking information on my order. Why don’t advertisers BAN THEIR SCAMS.. They are receiving funds and they need to bought to a HALT

Scam company. Ordered a calendar over 2 weeks ago and has not arrived. No email response via email, phone goes straight to voicemail. Not expecting it to arrive now, and as others have said, its probably nothing like as advertised anyway. I should have known better not to order from a random website that popped up on google ads. SCAM. Will be reporting this.

Why didn't I read the reviews first ??? Absolutely shocked by the WW2 , detailed , collectable , hand painted aeroplane advent calendar. (as described by the website that I had purchased this item. The reality is that you get an aeroplane like shape, complete with completely bent wings on every plane. Hand painted maybe, but hand painted by blind monkey with a keen eye ( only the one mind you) for inaccuracies. They are about as collectable as a cabbage leaf as neither would want to be proudly displayed anywhere. Might be good to keep a couple if you wanted to prop up a wobbly table leg. If the actual aircraft of WWII genuinely looked like this everyone would still be fighting...to get off the ground.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Wish I'd of read the reviews first. Ordered on 29th Nov 25 and still waiting without any actual updates 15th Dec 25. Emailed with no joy, shop app haven't updated and the tracking app might as well be in the north pole! communication is beyond a joke and apparently customs clear on the 12th but still nothing in terms of update. Lead to believe this company is UK based but isn't AVOID!!!

Well, that is exactly what i ended up buying from this SCAM company.
Ordered a WW2 Aircraft Advent Calendar that was described as highly accurate, detailed plastic replica's of famous world war 2 aircraft.
What you actually get is aircraft shaped rubber blobs with absolutely no detail and bent floppy wings.
Completely false advertising.

FALSE ADVERTISING. Ordered WW2 aircraft advent calendar for my autistic son and we are both very disappointed in what we received. False advertising. Please don’t order this product as it is a waste of money and highly disappointing. What arrived was rubber aircraft with no detail, completely the opposite of what’s advertised. Although they replied to my emails and gave me £12.50 refund, they didn’t want product back or change for something else.

Absoloute scam scum. Take your money with no intention of sending you anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I wish I had read these review before spending my money. The WW2 planes advent calendar is a total fraud. The planes are 3 or 4 different types repeated over and over again, made out of silicone and stored with their wings flipped backwards that will never be straight. It is very bad to see a disappointed little face every morning.

Total rubbish, the pictures on the site are false advertising. The description is false advertising and the product itself does not depict any type of real aircraft let alone WW2 aircraft, they are made from rubber and coloured like something out of a child's comic book also crammed into storage slots that are too small leaving them all bent and distorted. DO NOT BUY THIS IS A TOTAL MOCKERY. Only reason it has one star is because you can't leave zero .
Just a shame you can't leave photos on the reviews to prove just how poor this product is.

Unbelievable! Can’t believe companies get away with this.
Brought my son the WW2 advent calendar, based on the reviews and photos.
Imagine the shock when my son opened the first day and got rubber planes no marking nothing like the images.
Do not be fooled this is a scam. Paid £25 for the calendar.

Do not order these. My husband saw their advert being an aircraft enthusiast. They are advertised as high quality craftsmanship intricately designed. In fact they are squashed, out of shape, cheap rubber toys that I wouldn’t even give to a child. They are rubbish. I truly wish I had read the other reviews here and wish there was some way to warn other purchasers.

Scammers. Very disappointing expensive 2025 Aircraft Advent Calendar. I now have A very sad child and a reduced bank balance because of this pathetic company.
The planes are nothing like those seen in the advertising photos/AI images. The planes in the advent calendar I bought all look almost identical, childish, basic, made of rubbery plastic. Only gave one star as couldn't give none.

Scam of a company.

I ordered 3 items from Dimoo's mountain range mosaic DIY kits - 1 toadstool and 2 gnomes. They looked rather cute and were to be stocking fillers

These were advertised as DIY kits containing 'everything you need to create a beautiful DIY mosaic kit in the comfort of your own home' The following was to be included in the kit:

In this kit you will receive:
-Step-by-step instructions
-Video link tutorial
-Wood substrate
- Hook for the back
-(2) Paper work Mats
-Chopped Glass for specified pattern
-Latex Free Gloves
-Grout
-Mini spoon
- 1 Popsicle stick to mix grout
- Foam Sponge
- Abrasive green sponge
- Piece of paper towel

Instead of a DIY glass kit what I received were 3 pieces of premade plastic junk, 1 in the form of a toadstool, the other 2 in the form of gnomes.

I have since emailed and phoned the company, but am yet to receive any reply. Alarm bells first rang when I was sent a tracking number that was not recognised. Do not use this site!

Bought the WW2 aircraft advent calender described as museum quality and great to hang on your Christmas tree.
What turned up are rubber unpainted and distorted childish attemps at a basic aircraft shape. Would love to add a picture to demonstrate exactly how rubbish they are. Don't waste your time unless you want a twisted set of rubber aircraft that look like Haribo.

Please do not order from here. They are a scam Chinese website. They advertise as thought they are UK based but all their rubbish comes from China. I order stained acrylic birds sitting on a branch which looked amazing on the photo but in reality was two bird painted on a piece of metal. Avoid this site completely. They have no customer service

This company doesn’t even deserve one star but I couldn’t find a way to give it zero. I ordered items worth £18.99 and when I received confirmation my bill was for £88.50 and included “special offer” items I had declined. I have tried cancelling the whole order but we shall see….Don’t touch them with a bargepole.

Looks used.
Couldn't possibly give it as a gift.
Customer service is shocking, I want to return but its proving difficult.
