Goods were damaged on arrival

Goods were damaged on arrival. I was told I could cut it down and throw away the damaged part, but I needed , and paid for, the full 3m length. No response to requests to collect the part as it is now too late. Not a good as other online sellers in my opinion with poor aftercare.

Placed the order online

Placed the order online, needed ASAP. Called the sales office and managed to arrange next day delivery.
Would suggest its added as an option on payment screen as i would of paid extra.

Had to contact this company twice they…

Had to contact this company twice they had bad attitude each time there
Telephone manners is very unprofessional and also when my package did finally arrive the courier said it had been ripped when they received it
The item was not as expected and looked like seconds
On contacting this company besides getting a bad attitude I was told to return it I would be charged a handling fee
Will not order from this company again

Having previously used an alternative company for my Uni Strut frame work materials, I thought to give D.C a try.
Full marks for their handling and post order communications.

product didnt arrive

product didnt arrive, only empty packet, must have fallen out in transit. If it had arrived it would have been prompt and my complaint was dealt with politely and I was told in a matter of hours after investigation that I would get a refund.
