We had an amazing time touring the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Skye with Discover Scotland Tours. Everything was fantastic, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Our tour guide was friendly, fun, and full of interesting information that really brought the area to life. It was a memorable experience from beginning to end, and we’d highly recommend this tour to anyone thinking about visiting Scotland.

Sandy our driver and guide was outstanding. Erudition in history, folklore, geology, you name it. Thoughtful breaks and well paced journey. What a long but satisfying day! Thank you Sandy!

The 4-day Isle of Skye tour with Colin was exactly what we were dreaming of! It was the perfect amount of stops, hikes, and interactive history lessons during the drive. Colin kept us going on time and was an ideal tour guide, and adapted well to the less than ideal weather while still allowing those of us that were more adventurous to brave the elements! It was such a fun tour and worth the money full stop. Wouldn’t have been a true Scotland trip without seeing Isle of Skye!

Everything was described. Clean bus, good stops, very knowledgeable driver/guide.

We had a great Tour Guide (Harry) who told us many interesting facts and stories throughout the day :) very charming chap!

We had a memorable and enjoyable 3 day tour. Unfortunately the weather god wasn’t on our side but we were still able to enjoy the beautiful Isle of Skye and Scotland for 3 full days and our driver Johnny was very informative and friendly. Would recommend this tour for anyone on a tight schedule as it covers many historic and famous sights

Tour guide was relaxed and fun. Gave lots of details about the surrounding areas that you wouldn't normally get by just googling it.

Our driver / tour director Colin was absolutely perfect. Friendly, respectful, patient and humorous.

You should have informed us about the language. It was not in English. It was in Gaelic , so we did not understand anything.

I had an amazing time on the three day Isle of Skye tour. Shout out to Gary!

We had such a great experience on the Glenfinnan Viaduct tour! Sandy was an amazing guide. He knew so much about the history and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the trip. His recommendations were also spot on, and he knew exactly when to make the stops so we could get the best views.

The tour is about 12 hours, but honestly, the time went by so quickly. Sandy was also very attentive during the train stop. He told us he would wait for the train to pass before leaving because he wanted to make sure we got to see what we came there for. That really showed how much he cared about everyone having a good experience.

Even though it was raining, we still got to see the viaduct and take some great pictures, so I’d say we were very successful! 😂

And to finish the day, we stopped to see the Highland cows, which was such a fun surprise and honestly one of my favorite parts of the trip. 🐮❤️

Overall, an amazing day and definitely worth it. Sandy was fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend this tour!

Got off cruise ship and found tour bus easily.
Well paced tour. Being a small group made it easier to tailor our day spending more/less time when it suited us. Be aware that some parts of the journey takes you through some quite windy roads. Chris our driver/ guide kept us well informed with lots of Scottish history. Had an excellent trip

Very nice and knowledgeable guide, breathtaking landscape and nice weather - overall a great experience!

This tour took us to several interesting places. Our guide was very nice but he had a thick brogue and was very difficult to understand. Also, we did not have a guided tour at any of the stops. I probably misunderstood, but I thought the stops would be guided. Stirling Castle is a good one to see.

Our guide Gary was outstanding. He had a great sense of humor and went up and above to accommodate all travellers. Great stories and hi lights of the countryside.

Colin, our guide, was helpful and patient. He finds ways to let us have good views and walking stops, away from spots crowded with other tourists. It was a bit hard to understand his Scottish accent but we got sufficient drift of what he was trying to tell us.

Absolutely amazing experience, I can't recommend it enough! We took the Oban and Western Highlands tour, Harry was our tour guide and he was wonderful. He constantly told us stories about the places we were visiting, I learned so much! He was an excellent driver as well!

Maggie was incredible! So fun and very knowledgeable! And I loved that you could see how proud she is of her beautiful country! Everything was perfect!

Scott was an absolute joy to have as a guide all through the 12 hour journey. Informative and kept our energy up even as the journey was getting tiresome.
The views are of course some of the best in the world and combined with the care we got, I would happily choose this team again.
