I ordered this online. I received an email explaining the delay in back orders and was given the option to wait or cancel the order.
I canceled the order. I received confirmation of the cancellation 2 weeks after I received the shirt in the mail?
The customer service was good, the quick email and response times was appreciated. The website was easy to navigate.
The 2XL is quiet big. It fits me everywhere but the arms (I’m 6’3 medium build) it’s a good length, the arms are just very wide. It’s seems quality is good, I’ve only worn it once and am yet to put it through the wash.

I waited the Ten days as quoted for my shirts to arrive, when they didn’t I contacted DNC and was told that they where still four weeks away( backorder). Disappointing that I was not notified. Then I was told that a larger size was on hand and that these could be dispatched and make my deadline which never happened. Now I have had to start a new position as a firebombing pilot with out the correct attire. I still haven’t received my incorrectly sized shirts. I will never shop here again I am not used to such poor service.

Very happy
I was very pleased with the service. I inadvertently ordered the wrong blouses , my email was promptly answered and i was given a full refund and able to then order the correct ones, which were delivered very quickly.

Never delivered
I bought a uniform to work on 05/09/2021 and today it's 22/09/2021, I still haven't received my purchase , I sent several messages and email nobody returns me and they don't send a tracking code, very disappointed

Thanks for your note. Apologies for the delay in getting your items to you. Your items were posted on the 8th September via Fastway/Aramex under tracking number IZ0030304285. I have tried to chase this with Aramex however they are experiencing an overwhelming number of deliveries in and out of Sydney so our customers have been experiencing delays. I have raised this with them as your tracking number is not working either.
I will respond to you as soon as possible and many apologies for the delay.
