Thanks for your note. Apologies for the delay in getting your items to you. Your items were posted on the 8th September via Toll under tracking number 7372130223741. I have tried to chase this with Toll however they are experiencing an overwhelming number of deliveries in and out of Sydney so our customers have been experiencing delays. I have raised this with them as your tracking number states there is no update since the 8th.

I ordered my item on the 5th of this…
I ordered my item on the 5th of this month and since I last checked my order is in Sydney im in dandenong in victoria 11 days to go from Queensland to Sydney , I also ordered something from the USA and I had that in under a week so even with covid out there I got something from overseas faster than some from my own country makes you wonder if the company you order from sees you as a customer or just another number
