I am very happy with my overall experience ordering online. I was able to virtually try on a product before purchasing which helped me make my selection. The packaging the product was delivered in was exceptional. The lipstick I ordered, absolutely beautiful. I greatly appreciated the sample fragrance that was included which convinced me to purchase a full size bottle and it is now my new favorite!

Nic Mitchell was an OUTSTANDING advisor. He’s helped me in the past before with sunglasses & cologne for my dogs(which i love). He showed me a few items via text & then when I was back in town I stopped by the store to buy swim trunks he sent me & a really pretty rosary I saw while I was in store.

My dog seems to have no problem when wearing this and this was my first concern, but he didnt developed any issues, no allergies, etc. It smells amazing and he gets lots of compliments! I feel like my Bruno enjoys it as much as I do!

I placed an ordered it came damaged and wanted to return it but customer service says I don;t have to return it. they will give me refund but they didn't give me full refund for the set, they just refund for one item. I was not happy about it. i want to return the set and i should able to return the set and get full refund.

Dolce Gabbana has been a favorite of mine forever! I had never tried the lipstick though so it was excellent as expected and the shades are fabulous!

The gift was horrible, the bottle was so tiny and it was embarrassing to give as a gift.

Our store, Nashville, is great. We popped in when we first moved here and Isaac assisted us. I can't say enough good things about working with him. I have bought items that I didn't need (does anyone actually NEED luxury goods) because I thoroughly enjoy going in and chatting with him. It's the least pushy designer store and the staff is so attentive!
