Our store, Nashville, is great. We popped in when we first moved here and Isaac assisted us. I can't say enough good things about working with him. I have bought items that I didn't need (does anyone actually NEED luxury goods) because I thoroughly enjoy going in and chatting with him. It's the least pushy designer store and the staff is so attentive!

Mail orders experience great merchandise item available, However store availability not, for men underwear items, very limited for actual item show on your website, in particular at the Atlanta Ga. Store?

Quick shipping! My order was a gift and it was very well packaged. Loved the free engraving on the cologne; it added a nice personal touch.

I love to spoil myself about once a year and order my favorite perfumes. They package them so luxuriously, and include samples, that I feel so good receiving and unpacking my purchase. I am never ever disappointed. I think next time im going to include some sunglasses and other accessories.

ho acquistato due prodotti di abbigliamento femminile intimo dal sito per un costo di 1.000,00 euro. con un unico ordine. me li hanno inviati con due spedizioni distinte. per restituire il primo prodotto arrivato, non è stato possibile in nessun modo organizzare il ritiro con TNT usando l'etichetta prestampata: nè dal web, nè al telefono nè con l'app. per la disperazione ho chiamato il servizio clienti e mi hanno risposto che l'unico modo per restiutuire il prodotto è o dal sito o portandolo ad una sede TNT, per me a 30 km. poi ha chiuso la chiamata. ho organizzato il ritiro a mie spese. Il prodotto da restituire, un reggiseno, cosa 650,00 euro. mai più dolce&gabban

I had an issue with a missing product. It took them several days to respond, and in the end, they just told me to return the product even though I wasn't using it. In conclusion, I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I received a few gifts for Mother’s Day, including the caffeine eye patches. Unfortunately, they seemed like a defective batch and did not meet expectations at all. When I reached out to customer service, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I’m truly disappointed, and based on this experience, I will not be shopping with Dolce & Gabbana in the future.
