If i could leave 0 stars i would , i ordered my wig on the 9th or july it was due 1-3weeks after purchase date , my wig didnt come - I contacted the company and they asked to wait for another 10days . I waited another 10days and nothing came , so I contacted the again and told them to refund my money and cancel my order - she told me she would only give me 10% of my money back - this has been the worse customer experience ive ever had i will NEVER order from here again ! I still havnt received my package or a refund .

Wait for hair was longer than expected, however when it arrived it was beautiful. Feels good quality. Hoping with good care it’ll last a while. Would buy again.

I wanted to leave an update review since I have had my wig for months now. In the past, I have had trouble with other brands lasting even a few months, but this beautiful wig has been keeping its density, and hair quality. It is my everyday wig. So happy with it!

Quality, beautiful, perfect color U-part hair!

Ive only been buying from here my last 2 wigs and i love them perfect color everytime they look exactly like the picturs and the quality is amazing. No weird smells or anything i absolutely love this company!

AFTER 30 YEARS OF FRUSTRATING WIG EXPERIENCE, WHAT A RELIEF, TO STUMBLE UPON, THESE WELL PRICED WIGS, IN THE STYLE, COLOR, AND DENSITY, THAT BROUGHT ME SOME HAIR LOSS PEACE...FINALLY! BUT IM LOOKING FORWARD TO ONE DAY SEEING A GRIPPER SILICONE CAP, ADDED TO HER SELECTION, TO BETTER IMPROVE HER COMPANY, BECAUSE THE HIGH COST OF FOLLEA WIGS, IS FOR CELEBRITIES, REGARDLESS OF THEIR LONGER LASTING QUALITY. LOL SO BRAVO TO AMAZING GRACE, EVENTHO NOTHING IN THIS WORLD, WILL EVER BE PERFECT, LIKE OUR KING JESUS IS!!! LOL

Not the product I wanted,took a while to get a reply,but was refunded as soon as the matter was dealt with. There is no invoice with the product so had no idea how to send back.

Color way darker than shown on the website, cap was way too small, like weirdly small, and I own a lot of wigs, basically spent 900 bucks on something that isn’t even usable.

ES UNA ESTAFA!!!!!! NO es verdad ni se parecen las fotos de las pelucas a la realidad!!!! He pedido una peluca y me han mandado todo lo contrario. Al decolorar los nudos han decolorado la raiz del cabello. Mancharon la malla con lo que se ve totalmente artificial. El contacto durante el proceso es pésimo. Y ha costado la peluca 700€ es vergonzoso. La señora encargada de atenderte no está capacitada para tratar al cliente he tenido que insistir para que contestase. Una estafa en toda regla! Tardan 2 meses para enviarte algo que da pena.
IS A GOTCHA!!!!!! It is NOT true nor do the photos of the wigs resemble reality!!!! I ordered a wig and they sent me the opposite. By bleaching the knots they have bleached the root of the hair. They stained the mesh with what looks totally artificial. The contact during the process is lousy. And the wig cost €700, it's embarrassing. the lady in charge of serving you is not trained to deal with the client I had to insist that she answer. A complete scam!they refuse to return the money. you have to report! What they ask for is a lot of money for what they send and also wait 2 months!

Good hair, just doesn’t last long

I was please to see the wig arrived with an accurate color very close to the picture and was styled nice. The wig has good construction and is very soft. I was not notified on the status of shipping but received the wig before estimated time posted. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and would purchase again from Dolly Luxury Hair :)

Good quality hair, thick density and good price. I would definitely buy from dollylocks again they were very helpful.

I am quite happy with my order, l requested my order to be delivered before an event l was attending and l received it in time. The quality is good but not excellent, l like the bayliage done by Dolly and the hairstyle. I read a lots of reviews and I can relate with some of the issues like bulky cap however there are lots of tutorials on YouTube to fix this problem and others too. I will definitely buy more from Dolly.

The owner was quick to respond to my questions once my unit arrived. Easy to see that she cares about her shop and what she's offering. Shows that she aims to sell only quality products. Will continue to watch her site because I’m hooked on her units!

It was a horrible purchase. The color was totally not what I wanted. It wasn’t SLEEK and straight….More like thin and frizzy. It was just all around ugly. I HATE IT
