Ordered bundles on 11th November 2021 still no bundles or refund 2 months later despite asking numerous times. Tracking number was only sent after I finally reported and disputed via klarna. So I called Royal Mail who confirmed this tracking number was not even going to my address🤦🏽‍♀️ Currently waiting for klarna to resolve I guess.

Service and communication was superb. The product was as described I was able to colour it which was my main concern

I bought the Luxury Dark Brown Balayage Highlight 100% Human Hair WIG with an upgrade to the full lace cap for an additionally (£150). According to their website the wig would be with me within 2-3 weeks, NOT TRUE it arrived about 6 to 7 weeks later with much chasing up. I have been wearing custom made wigs for many years due to my Alopecia and to date this is one of the worse I have had. It is nothing like what was promised. I usually wash my wigs before wearing, this was full of dye so by the time all the dye was washed out, the colour was nothing in resemblance to the balayage picture showing on their website. Because of the experience and the way they dealt with business and my misgivings I decided not to complain BUT I would never waste my money with this company again.

Wig was the colour described but the quality of the hair was very poor and did not resemble the website image, sheds significantly when brushed or styled. Lace bunches at front instead of laying flat. Wouldn’t recommend

They helped me understand more about wigs, which I was ignorant on. They were patient, understanding, and helpful. The product that I received was just what I had asked for; very high quality. I would purchase from these folks again in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately didn't do a proper check on this company before purchasing a wig, had I digged further through their feedback across different platforms I would have found countless negative feedback from people who had the same issues as me. Purchased a ''premium luxury wig'' from them for nearly £400 after recently losing all my hair. The first thing I noticed was how much hair the wig sheds, though I wasn't initially too concerned, the second thing was despite this being a glueless lace wig, the lace didn't sit flat against the skin and started to curl up very quickly, the third and worst thing was that after wearing this out one day in the rain A LOT of colour starting running from the wig, I had to go home. When it was dry it was at least 3 shades lighter. I'd bought a lovely pink shade with other colours mixed in and I'd ended up with a very white ice pink colour. I immediately contacted the seller who told me that the hair cannot withstand rain/sea water due to the toxins(!) (after doing some reading and contacting many other companies this is not a thing.) She said that they can only offer a partial refund (£40). As I'd bought this through Klarna I contacted them and went through the dispute process, to which Klarna decided after nearly two months it's not them who has to deal with refunding me (despite their website saying there is buyer protection!) and they closed the dispute. So I'm now in the process of taking this matter up with trading standards, the ombudsman and quite possibly the small claims court. She is not going to get away with this and I'd advise any one who is having issues with this seller to take it further as these wigs are not fit for purpose and you are legally entitled to a full refund. I'd also like to add that these are most definitely not in any way premium, luxury or high quality wigs and they are also not remy hair - remy hair doesn't frizz on contact with water, that's what cheap over processed hair does.

Response: nowhere on your website does it state that these can't be worn in the rain, even now. No other seller of wigs states this is even a thing. I would understand a slight colour change but not the drastic change I had. You did not offer to recolour. You offered a £40 refund which was an insult. Klarna have reopened the investigation as they said it should never have closed in your favour. As for the hair frizzing when in contact with chemicals - there was no contact with chemicals.

I bought a lace front knotted wig last summer, I am leaving this review so late because I wanted to see if it would hold up. I absolutely love it! I wear it all of the time and it has held up and looks the same as the day one! I would definitely buy again! I feel beautiful and always get compliments!! Thank you for giving me confidence 😃

I clearly specified my wants - they promised to match them. However, nothing matched my requests. I'm sure it isn’t human hair because it was supposed to dye brown but it turned almost lavender. Also, I had to beg for a refund & even then they offered only 30%. Do not buy from them unless you have basic expectations

This seller (DollyluxuryHair) from Etsy)attempted to make me a custom unit the problem is I asked specific questions on quality of hair colour length and a price. I own my own hair salon so I know a bit about hair and how to care for it. I have ordered many custom high end wigs from other vendors so I know what the hair is suppose to be like. She said she could meet all expectations and cost was $1500 I agreed. What I received was very poor quality hair. She is using such poor quality hair that it has cuticle lock (Matting) within an hour of wearing. It was essentially garbage. I complained and with much back and forth she finally agreed to make another. Not before I paid to ship the mess back. Cost me more money and she refused it at her end. The new unit finally came it is made well the hair line great but once again terrible quality hair matting etc. Her solution just keep both crappy wigs (like that helps at all they are unwearable. $1500 down the drain. The other vendor on Etsy who sells in same price range her wigs last 2 years with good care unfortunately with covid restrictions she couldn't do custom anymore. I told the vendor that it was unacceptable she basically said "I will take your comments into consideration I can't get good quality hair due to supply chain".What?? but you can charge for it?? I have pictures of it as well...
In response to her response on here I messaged her directly from Esty She knows full well who I am... She also tries very hard to get bad reviews removed I couldn't even put a review on Esty because of the time she took to deal with the problem that ended up being just as bad..So I only can warn others on here. I wish I could share the pics ..they speak the truth. Again I have owned a hair salon for 29 yrs I have ordered high end wigs for past 5years I know quality of hair. I know 1500 dollar wigs don't matt up after an hour of wear. The hair is garbage. Eventually it will all catch up with her no worries.

I have purchased 2 wigs from Dolly Luxury and absolutely love them. The quality is great and they fit to my head perfectly. Won’t be buying my wigs anywhere else!

This is my 4th purchase from Dolly Luxury hair. Their wigs are such good quality and Grace is so friendly & helpful. I needed to amend an order that went in and she was happy to make the change and got back to me so quick! Will definitely be purchasing again....
