Ive used dominos for a while, but I won’t be using them (or any company that partners with Complete Savings) again.

A huge number of customers report being unknowingly signed up to Complete Savings through misleading pop-ups that appear during or after checkout. These offers are often made to look like part of the normal purchase process, which leads people to believe they’re simply claiming cashback — when in reality, they’re enrolling in a paid monthly service.

This isn’t just a few isolated complaints either. Many people only realise they’ve been signed up after spotting recurring charges on their bank statements, sometimes months or even years later.

There are also consistent complaints about:

* Unexpected monthly fees and lack of transparency during sign-up
* Difficulty cancelling subscriptions or getting refunds
* Cashback offers being complicated, delayed, or not honoured

In fact, regulators have already stepped in — misleading ads for Complete Savings (including those appearing on partner sites like dominos) were banned for not making the subscription terms clear enough.

From a customer perspective, this creates a lack of trust not just in Complete Savings, but in any brand that allows these tactics on their platform. It feels like a “subscription trap” hidden behind what should be a simple purchase.

Because of this, I won’t be using companies that promote or partner with Complete Savings going forward. It’s simply not worth the risk of being misled or having to monitor for unwanted charges.

Customer service - terrible. Drove 30 minutes home to realise when home I was given the wrong pizza and side. To be told at 10pm after a long day at work to drive back 30 minutes to the store for them be able to give a refund for there mistake. So they wanted us to waste £20 in fuel wait an extra hour for food or a refund for their own mistake. I understand people can lie about wrong orders and people also make mistakes but when you spend £50 for pizza to be told they won’t do anything for you is not acceptable. Wouldn’t reccomend

My wife and I ordered a vegetarian pizza and a side for collection. After eating a few slices we noticed pepperoni in the box. I rang the store to complain and they said the website does warn of cross contamination and so they accepted no responsibility. I took this higher to Dominoes head quarters to be told the same thing. This made me more angry as how can you label something as vegetarian when it cannot be guaranteed to be vegetarian or vegan. I took this to trading standards and again were told that because Dominoes do not have a seperate food prep area for vegetarian or vegan foods cross contamination can happen and they are basically allowed to do this. I will never buy from Dominoes pizza again as i feel they mislead consumers. All vegetarians and vegans that have ordered from Dominoes I can guarantee you would of eaten meat of some kind from Dominoes. Dominoes have no regard to dietary needs.

delivery was quick but the drivers asked me is the garlic bread that was in his bag was part of my order I told him yes it is but he decided not to give me the bread only for him to come back to my door 30 mins later with the garlic bread.

Apparently I have a free pizza due to the number of orders we have had with this branch, tried to place an online delivery order, no success, called from 3 different numbers, briefly spoke with a female who cut us of when it became apparent she struggled to understand me.
Went to the store, lots of apologies, no remedy to our situation, ordered, paid full price for 2 pizzas and a bottle of coke. Customers who ordered after me, served before me….i know my opinion, what is yours?

Domino’s Melksham is still one of my favourite places to go, especially on a Sunday. It’s become a proper weekly tradition for me, and a big part of that is thanks to Minjahul. He always has such a positive attitude, he’s welcoming, polite, and brings good energy every single time I come in. That really makes a difference, and it’s something you notice straight away.

Minjahul is clearly a very important part of the place. He always helps make the visit feel pleasant and easy, and he’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. It’s nice to be served by someone who is consistently friendly and who seems to genuinely care about giving people a good experience.

The pizza is always amazing too — fresh, hot, tasty, and made properly every time. The quality stays high, and you can tell there is real care going into the food. Whether it’s a regular order or something a bit different, it always comes out spot on and never disappoints.

The whole team at Domino’s Melksham do a brilliant job. Service is quick, the staff are friendly, and the whole place always feels well run.

A special thank you again to Minjahul for always being so positive and for making such great pizza. He really is one of the key people there, and Sunday pizza just would not feel the same without him.

Deceptive sweepstakes.

Emailed them to query what they have done, their head office replied to say the branch will be in touch. Never did!

It's a few years since I bought pizza but we were looking after our grandchildren and they asked for it.
Large pepperoni passion £25.99
Large ½ + ½ mighty meaty / veggie supreme £25.99
Cheesy garlic bread £6.99
£10 off for spending over £30 (which isn't difficult at all)
Total Inc delivery charge £52.46
Really????
Where is the value for money in that?

Plymouth City Centre branch. Daughter found a long brown hair protruding from a slice of her large pepperoni passion pizza which had clearly inadvertently fallen onto the pizza whule being prepared as it was cooked within the topping. Unfortunately she had only eaten x2 slices before seeing this hair in her 3rd slice. Obviously this was very off putting and the rest went in the bin. We had spent over £100 to treat our family but will not be ordering from Domino's again.
I have video of the hair for evidence if customer services would like to see and refund this large pizza.
18/042026 UPDATE. Domino's Customer Supprt have requested that all the pizza is returned, including the slice with the hair. They know that's not possible because x2 slices were eaten prior to seeing the hair!!!

I ordered my pizza on the app online, they took £68 out of my bank account and had no order confirmation. I rang and spoke to them twice and they did not understand what I was saying. I went into the store and they said they have no order from me, they refused to send out our food and made us pay again, they told me to take it up with the bank.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was bad enough that people need to know.

I ordered what was supposed to be an “Italian” pizza from Domino’s, and what turned up was honestly one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever been served. The base was soggy and undercooked, the toppings looked and tasted cheap, and the whole thing had that stale, reheated feel like it had been sitting around far too long. It was nowhere near fresh, nowhere near appetising, and definitely nowhere near what you’d expect for the price.

What’s worse is the complete lack of customer service. I contacted them straight away, explained the issue clearly, and instead of properly resolving it, they offered to “make it right” next time with some free cookies or even a free pizza. Not ideal, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

So I placed a larger order later on, expecting them to honour what they’d promised… and nothing. No note of it, no apology, no extras—just completely ignored. At that point it’s not just poor food, it’s being misled.

Mistakes happen, but how a company deals with them is what matters. In this case, Domino’s failed on both counts: poor quality food and even worse follow-through on their own promises.

I won’t be ordering again, and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before wasting their money here.

Bought a large pizza today. Offer price but disappointed with quality. Usually my favourite pizza company. But noticed lately and even more today. Less cheese and quality products put on by the restaurant and dry pizza as a result …And luke warm when got home…Not hot as used to be the case. Very upset will probably try another pizza company in the future

Where do i start even though registered after order was dispatched and order was wrong no matter what you cant log in, delivery driver was in wrong place 25mins on phone trying to direct them even though i left delivery directions have these ppl never heard of sat nav or google maps its not hard, only finally to recieve cold order and it was feked up i cant stand hot so ordered seperate hot dipping sauce for hubby i didnt get that i ggot sauce poured over his pizza with garlic dipping sauce seperate , pizza ended up inedable if i pay for sauce seperate in a tub not poured on pizza there is a reason for that, delivery driver thick as mince didnt understand a word i was telling him ended up in a completely different location,cant follow instructions a 2 yr old could follow , employ ppl that 1 speak english 2 can read a sat nav and use common sense google maps , if customers are paying for goods give them what they ordered dont half arse it , would i buy from here again no ruddy chance im disabled and i had to go direct driver meet thrm etc why do i pay delivery fee if they cant deliver utter disgrace. Avoid , the day of ordering a takeaway it being what you ordered and being
delivered to your door without having to meet them chase them direct them to bring your food are long gone these ppl dont give a toss, if i wasnt disabled id go collect i dont have the capacity when i want to treat myself i expect what i pay for food and delivery...

Ordered a pizza from Oulton Leeds branch yesterday and it was inedible!! The pizza base was hard, the topping was dry!! Infact the only way to describe this pizza is pre-cooked left to go cold then reheated!! I contacted head office complaints department who apologised but that was it. Shocking after sales service!!! Will not be ordering again. If we had consumed any of this food we would have been ill. Over priced and utterly disgusting service!!!

Visite hoy lunes 13 de abril 2026 la sucursal de salburua,la atención es pésima, pedí una pizza familiar con dos ingredientes maíz y peperoni y presentaron una con piña y peperoni, claro porque la persona que atiende no habla bien español y de paso se llevaron la pizza le retiraron a medias la piña le pusieron el maíz encima y listo cómase eso ... Frío, la dejé casi completa y de paso como era el menú Come y bebe no me dejaron traer porque según es política de ellos quedarse con la comida que uno paga, insistí y me querían cobrar 1 euro por cada porción,nos trataron horrible porque me quería traer mi pizza, primera y última vez que voy a ese lugar asqueroso y con personal que no sabe tratar,ah y se me olvidaba decir que la máquina de las bebidas es Pura agua con azúcar todas las bebidas están de mal sabor 😝

Have ordered from domino's for years, never ever complain despite there being reason to do so over the many orders. The last couple of times the food has been sub standard, especially for the price, so decided to contact them in hope to be valued as a loyal customer but was fobbed off with some half hearted short response about they will pass on information to the manager, was not even offered anything at all for low quality food. I think they are a disgrace and just from this experience alone I will not be using them again.

Pizza overpriced but for convenience ok. The absolute worst thing about dominos is continuous promo txt and emails even when you unsubscribe which is why I don't use app. Sadly just had a pizza last night and already getting spam promo even though I didn't check any boxes communication boxes.

Great pizzas but the crust can be more thin. Taste can also be improved. Overall, satisfied by the food and services
