Never ever use this company! They take your money and fail to deliver on promises dates then try to charge you more for delivery! Go anywhere else than here.

So have now had a reply. Unfortunately they are missing facts and changing the course of events. SO originally when I requested the order be expedited I received an email from "Steve" stating this could be done and for £35. I immediately replied and said yes. I did then not hear anything for 36 hours so when I called to make sure this was happening I was passed to Samuel who said it would now be an additional £105. This got the doors delivered. I then phoned and was told the glass would be dispatched on the 11th and delivered on the 13th of May - great as thats when i had fitters putting the doors in so I had the glass redirected. The glass never arrived and only when another phone call was made the glass was eventually delivered on the 15th too late for the fitters.

Shame they do not highlight all these issues on their very simplified and avoidance reply.

Ive been using Doordeals for over15 years now and they've always provide an excellent service, not only are their doors and Joinery always top quality but their staff and customer service makes it a pleasure to do business with them.
Recently I ordered a fair few oak panel doors of various bespoke sizes and Sam completely surpassed my expectations with the amount of help, perseverance and guidance She provided to ensure that my order was exactly what I wanted before placing the order, thanks again Sam and look forward to placing my next order

Wouldn’t recommend if you’re hoping to receive an item sooner than their specified 5-10 working days. It states on site that should an item not be made to measure you’re welcome to call up to ask whether a quicker delivery can be made. After emailing, adding a note to my order & calling a few times and finally being able to get through I was met with a lady who didn’t really want to acknowledge the fact that the order may be delivered sooner, other than asking me to pay more (the delivery was already £45 for a product that’s £99) for next day delivery if I wanted to. Unhelpful and not something I’d say meets the expectations given the website clearly advertises a quicker delivery if possible by contacting the company.

The doors were very poorly finished I provided photographs showing the poor workmanship. After 3 telephone reminders they did not get back to me

Well, I spoke to a Lovely person SAM, who in my opinion should get a raise from her boss.
She went over & above to help me with my Order. [Didnt get a discount tho!!]. To organise easy payment, friendly advice, and options which you don't receive from a computer screen. I could'nt recommend DoorDeals enough for there professionalism and courtesy. Thank you 😁

Doors - very good quality and look amazing.

I’m very happy with my External Hemlock 3 Panel custom sized door from Doordeals. Ordering was extremely easy on the website, I was kept informed throughout the process regarding timelines and delivery and as delivery is completed by Doordeals themselves it was delivered exactly when they said it would be with the required care. A fabulous service all round and although the door is still to be fitted it looks perfect.

Do not purchase anything from Doordeals! They take your money and do not care about any issues you may have.

Firstly they delivered my French doors and frame to the wrong address. They tried to call me for ten minutes just as I was briefly indisposed. They then took my delivery back to Chesterfield 230 miles away from my home. They returned the following week but inisted on charging me a re delivery charge.

When my carpenter checked the doors and frame he found the header of the frame terribly bowed. They also did not mention they do not put a draught proof seal on the rebate where the doors meet. I told them I live next to the beach on the Straits of Dover and wind can be brutal.

I told them I am a vulnerable adult with severe complex ptsd and this was taking a toll on my mental health. They don't care and don't care I complain to their CEO Steve Naylor. So I venture to suggest the CEO do not care either. They will not replace the frame header. No idea what I can do now.

Excellent service

The website was easy to navigate, full of useful information and with a comprehensive range of competitively priced doors and glazing.
After placing my orderI received emails to let me know how things were progressing but I was not bombarded with unneccesary messages.
I was contacted to arrange delivery - their initial estimate of the time from order to delivery was very accurate. The door arrived on the day arranged within the time slot arranged - the delivery driver was very courteous, friendly and helpful.
The door itself is of excellent quality and finish.
Will certainly re-order with Door Deals in the future and will recommend without reservation.

Poor quality External Hardwood Pattern 20 Pairs.
Already delaminating on arrival which both my joiner and carpenter were surprised about. I asked if they could tell me what protection I should use and? The answer, I quote "The manufacturer have seen the photographs and from their knowledge they don't believe that this is delamination, they believe it seems to be of a scratch". the delaminated slither is still attached and shown in the photo they were sent.
Even it was a scratch, it was there on delivery.

Great service on time and with own driver,which made a safe delivery with no damage, I am well pleased with this company.

Excellent service, really helped with sizing and I have to say such a treat to speak with people that understand what good customer care is. Totally delivered at each stage.

A pair of fire doors has just been delivered by Daniel G. from Dooordeals. Daniel was so pleasant and helpful, especially as the delivery needed to be made in the middle of York, not the easiest place to park. He was quick and careful in handling the doors too.
I would be quite happy to use this firm again.

Doordeals is a brilliant company, for price, communication and customer service.
I am waiting for my builder to fit the doors- but the quality, look and finish is excellent. I hope to buy a new front door from then soon.

My door was delivered by a cheerful & polite young man at 8.00 this morning! Very impressed with the speed of delivery from Sheffield! My 4th door( spread over the last few years! ) & when in touch by phone or email there has always been a friendly & informed person at the other end of the line!The doors have all been good quality & the firm appears to be run in an efficient & professional manner!
