A couple of months ago I received a phone call from DOT Compliance Group and asked me if I had any questions. Jim Alberts was the representatives name and he helped make sure that all of my forms and need paperwork was up to date. Before ending the call he told me to contact him any time I had a question. I have know contacted him twice this year along and he has solved all my questions.

I spoke with Jim Alberts regarding some DO questions. Jim was very pleasant and knew all the answers. Jim knows his job and was a big help.

We have been in business 2 years and finally got our first audit and I panicked because I really didn't have anything in order EEEHH I called DOT Compliance Group, they paired me with a lady name Jamie Glen, she looked over what I had, got me enrolled in a drug testing program and proceeded to explain to me what they were saying i needed to pass my audit... the Inspector passed me with flying colors all thanks to Jamie with DOT Compliance!
