Landon was sooooo helpful----very knowledgeable, extremely nice and great to actually talk to someone who spoke perfect English that you could understand. He didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions and that is greatly appreciated!!!

I have spoke with Allison Smoot several times in the past couple of years and she is wonderful. Very helpful with the forms, and seems to have a positive attitude. I look forward to chatting with her again.

Knowledgeable and efficient

My father has passed and I am having to close certain accounts and various things. I knew very little about his business, but the gal I spoke with on the phone made it very easy for me to close this DOT account. She was kind and helpful during such a difficult time in our lives. It's nice to be able to talk to someone when you have to figure things out like this and not a machine. Her name is Patricia Moore and she was awesome!
