Absolute spam, scam company. Repeatedly told them I don’t want their services. I still, after three years, get email after email, text messages, and mail to my address. I have told them repeatedly to do not contact me, and still get them. HARRASSMENT.

Jim was very helpful, efficient in assisting me with setting up my compliance for 3 offices. He's very pleasant to work with, and made a daunting task work very smoothly.

This company sent a very deceptive email which prompted one of my employees to engage their service to complete the Biennial review for the DOT. This Biennial review takes about 2 seconds to complete online directly with the FMSCA. Because of this deceptive email, my company was charged $199 for something that my employee ended up doing and submitting themselves and DOT Compliance Group provided absolutely no service. Now they are refusing to refund the $199. Please beware. I would recommend blocking their emails from coming in just to ensure that one of your employees does not fall for this scam.

We're continuously receiving spam from this company regarding our MCS-150 being "overdue" and I want it to stop. This company is continuously harassing us to file paperwork with the FMCSA that we can do ourselves. They send deceptive "official looking" paperwork in the mail to make it look as if it's coming from some government agency. This company needs to be shut down. They're nothing more than predatory scammers utilizing public information from the DOT databases to harass unsuspecting businesses. Leave us alone!

Hello everyone I just want to come on here and let everyone know about my DOT personal experience- Ashley helped me out with my concerns regarding my DOT and she is so knowledgeable that everything went very smooth. The stress and concerns I had on my DOT were taken care of and I am no longer stressing. Her customer service is over and above. JUST Excellent.

My name is Tangela, I had the pleasure of getting my call answered by Kymberly Lach #246537 on 10/11/2022. I initially called on 10/10/2022 and got a person name Brenda. Brenda had short response to my reason for calling.

Me: I'm calling to see if my UCR has been renewed for 2022 & 2023 I keep receiving these non complaint emails.

Brenda: May i have your DOT#? YES, we received payment for the renewals.

Me: I believe I saw that you guys process MC# for $149. Is that true?

Brenda: YES, how would you like to make the payment?

Me: Provided Mastercard. As, I proceeded to ask a question about the $300 i saw on the website, Brenda stated if I have any further questions to call 972.982.7647. Brenda then ended our call..

ME: I received email links for BOC3 filing and OP1 Form. I paid for BOC3 filing but then I still had question about what I am doing. I called DOT Compliance and got KYMBERLY #246537. Kymberly, I don't know what I am paying for about this OP1 form & I keep getting charged for things.

Kymberly: Well let's start by giving me your DOT#? Verified me.

Me: I not understanding about what I am paying for?

Kymberly: Explained what DOT Compliance do. Explained to me what the $149 pays for, MC#. Kymberly Explained that I needed to have BOC3 which is $55 & OP1 form successfully completed before I can have the MC# activated. She explained on the OP1 form the different carrier, broker options that may or may not apply to my business aspect. Kymberly made it clear for each category or carrier specialty it will be $300 each. As she continued to educate me, Kymberly says at this point you should have your insurance, BOC3 filing, OP1 form to approve your MC#. She continued to say the cones your yearly UCR renewal which is $199 per year.

Me: I have that already for year 2022 and 2023.

Kymberly: NOT possible you don't have a MC#. I will double check with my leadership maybe I am missing something. You can not do anything pertaining to having the MC# without those first steps. You can't renew something you don't have. She apologized for it being so much information.

Me: I asked if she can refund everything until my insurance is complete? If she xan be my directive for my business and if I can pick her brain to see what she knew about intermodal carriers??

Kymberly: IMMEDIATELY! YES, we do handle SCAC# and started explaining. She said easy to give fees so that I can determine when I am ready. $199 to renew SCAC# & $80 application fee, I believe she said.

Me: CAN I have your contact? I am so grateful to have got her on the phone after being misinformed & not appreciated as a customer. Needless to say, who wants to do business with a company that works so closely with the government entity FMSCA & have people like Brenda working for them. Thanks to KYMBERLY, I will be setting up my SCAC with DOT Compliance.

I had contacted DOT Compliance yesterday and an email was sent to the support team to contact me which they never did so this morning I contacted DOT again and Roy M was very nice and was able to help me switch over information and get our UCR Payment completed. Thank you Roy for all of your help and for being courteous!
