Fast shipping, helpful customer service
The shipping was relatively fast the clipper arrived in 5 working days to Hungary.
I would refute the comments where they said the Support isn’t answering, in my case they did within 20 minutes or so.(I had a few questions)
The clippers I bought are good quality.
I’d recommend buying from them.

After receiving your order, we had dozens of communications from you over the following 10 days, where we responded immediately to every query —often within minutes.
Given the thoroughness of our communication and the fact that we addressed every single point you brought up, the decision to leave a negative review is difficult to understand. It’s worth noting that despite your rude and confrontational tone towards the end, we consistently maintained a professional demeanour and provided clear, direct responses.

NEVER CHOOSE FASTER SHIPPING
I purcashed a clipper and a trimmer 3 days ago. I paid extra money for faster shipping, because I wanted to recieve them before I go on a holiday. Here is a piece of advice…Never choose the faster shipping, because it won’t arrive on time.

To clarify, your order was placed on a Sunday night, and unfortunately, the TPOB Skull Foil Shaver was out of stock at that time. We contacted you via text message on Monday morning to offer an alternative option or to cancel the item, but we didn't receive a response. When you contacted us on Tuesday night, we promptly refunded the shaver and dispatched the rest of your order, which was delivered to you in less than four days—actually ahead of the estimated delivery time for your chosen shipping method.
Regarding the refund, we issued it immediately upon your request, and it was processed to your card ending in 2220. Please note that it can take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We strive to provide excellent service, and we hope this clears up any misunderstandings. If you have any further concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly.
