Stay AWAY from DREAM MACHINES.
I am writing this review to protect other consumers from the unacceptable and unprofessional experience I had with the official service center for my Dream Machines laptop.
Instead of fixing my initial issue, they returned the machine in a worse state than when I sent it in. Specifically:
Unjustifiable Delay: The laptop was sent in for a simple keyboard replacement, and I was left waiting for over 55 days to get it back.
Non-existent Quality Control (QC): When I finally received the machine, I found that the Wi-Fi was completely dead (showing Code 43 in Device Manager). It is blatantly obvious that the technicians didn't even bother to check if the laptop could connect to the internet before packing it up for return.
Amateur Assembly: Upon opening the bottom cover, I witnessed absolute sloppiness. The technicians had left the antenna cables completely disconnected and just resting on top of the network card (Intel AX201).
Customer Hardware Damage: After carefully reseating and securing the cables myself, and even performing a clean Windows Reset to rule out any potential software glitches, the network card remained completely unresponsive. There is only one logical explanation: during their careless reassembly, the Wi-Fi board was either short-circuited or fried by static electricity and mishandling.
The result?
After waiting 2 months for an "official" repair, I am left with a laptop that has no internal internet capabilities. I am now forced to buy an external USB Wi-Fi adapter at my own expense just to be able to work, as I outright refuse to ever put my machine back into their hands.
Zero professionalism, sloppy workmanship, and direct damage to customer property. Think very seriously before purchasing their products or trusting this specific service center.
