Sales Assistant Elizabeth showed and explained the middle of the range mattresses, no hard sell. My first choice I was told was an ex display mattress. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was half price with a duvet and pillow thrown in and to be delivered within the next week.
Delivery team also from Andover, Jake and Knight contacted me the day before delivery and on the day, arriving within mins of their proposed time. Efficient delivery, popping on their shoe protective covers before taking the mattress to the bedroom. Very friendly guys.
Very happy with the comfort of my mattress after some good nights sleep.
Overall - fabulous experience, definitely return to buy another for my other bedroom.

Julia was fantastic, her customer service today was outstanding! I bought a
Bed, mattress, pillows and quilt today, along with a mattress cover. She went above and beyond to guarantee me an incredible deal (I saved over £4k!!) and I have walked away as a very happy customer! All the staff were incredibly polite, very helpful and made the whole experience very enjoyable and comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough! They gave me a hot drink on arrival, answered all of my questions to a high standard.. genuinely one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in terms of customer service.

The lady that served me was very good, she listened to what I required & explained everything very clearly, making it a pleasant experience. Also the delivery team were very good, put the bed together & removed all the rubbish & old bed & mattress.

The bed is so comfy and the young lady was very helpful in finding the best bed for me know. The delivery was on time and Nick and Adam were great in fitting the bed

After receiving such bad customer service from Bensons For Beds in the Andover store we decided to go to the new Dreams store here. We were immediately welcomed into the shop and our needs were listened to. The nice young lady took the time especially when I explained about my husbands back. Would highly recommend Dreams after our visit as we were treated like valued customers.
