Dreams' customer service is top notch. The guys were professional, wore shoe coverings and communicated what they were doing at all times so it was clear throughout. They also struggled to get the mattress we ordered up the stairs to the bedroom, but they did their best and got it through in the end. They also built the bedframe quickly and efficiently. Great service.

The team at the store were very friendly and helpful, very knowledgable too. Lauren in particular was a great help and explained our options to us without being pushy in terms of making a sale.

Everyone was patient, considerable and helpful.
My only complaint is having to be fully computer literate in order to explain how satisfied I am. At 83 years I would rather have written a letter or spoken to the manager.

Ladies in the Barnstaple store were amazing , super helpful , had been to another local store before - totally different their customer service was poor and yours shone - we brought bed, mattress , duvets and pillows - can't remember the date but bed was delivered on Oct 14th by 3 lovely chaps. Thrilled with the product - Super happy

Brought a matress sept 16 2022 , all was going well until the middle dipped , suffering for bad back , got onto customer care and they want to replace with another , I have no faith in this mattress now want the mattress picked up and full refund , and replacement cancelled . Can’t sleep at night either Cus off this dip ,

Both the in store and delivery team were very friendly. Whilst in store the assistants were patient and allowed me to try a multitude of beds, giving clear guidance on what might be suitable for me. The delivery team were amazing, taking great care when bringing the bed frame and mattress into the property. Would certainly go back to dreams again

Very happy with the service my mum and I received when we visited Dreams. Knowledgeable staff, no pressure to buy an expensive bed/mattress, interested in what was best for my mum. She’s delighted with her new bed, very comfortable in it and is sleeping well. Great delivery service, informative and helpful.

Excellent friendly and helpful service from Dreams Barnstaple

I am very pleased with my purchases - an ottoman bed base and a metal headboard, which because of supply issues were delivered separately. I was even more pleased with the standard of customer service in every area, in the Barnstaple shop, and both delivery teams were first class. The only possible issue was that it seemed that I had to follow up for my second delivery of the metal headboard rather than being informed in advance of my query as to when I could expect it. However this was no more than a small administration error. I could not fault either the items I purchased or the Dreams employees that I dealt with.
