The lady was really attentive, and really new her job, she was very polite, patient and helpfull and wasnt pushy, i got the bed i desired.

We are happy with our purchase. The delivery men were excellent. On time and very helpful and explained how to care for the mattress. They put covers over their shoes before they entered our home.

We wanted a new mattress and visited Dreams in Bexhill-On-Sea. At first we looked around and then Brandon asked if we needed any help. I explained that we wanted a firm ish mattress, and then went on the machine that tests the type that’s recommended. Brandon was very polite and friendly, and explained everything about the process and costs. He’s very knowledgeable and made everything very easy, and was a pleasure to deal with. We had a coffee while the order details were loaded on the the system, and absolutely every element of the costs were made clear.
I’d definitely recommend Brandon to deal with again.

The tempura mattress is snuggly but with an expensive tempura sheet I don't like the texture under my skin. If we put a cotton sheet on top it can get hot and the sheet doesn't stay tucked in.
The mattress is a super king which is great for space but when we move from the edge to the middle it feels like going uphill.
Neither of us like the special pillows we bought and find them very uncomfortable.
Having said all that we will probably not change the mattress because it is so much hassle and having bought the most expensive bed we would lose a lot of money.
The delivery men and staff were friendly and helpful but we are not that happy with the bed.

Good advice and good products

I am having the best nights sleep that I have had for months, probably years! The mattress is very deep and it has made my bed very high to get into but I have worked out how to do that. Best mattress ever - my cat can vouch for that too as he spends ALL day sleeping on my bed!

Very helpful staff with no pressure but comprehensive assessment of the options.

Dreams? Really? It should be called Nightmares! I ordered myself a new bed and mattress but the sales assistant was not transparent about the recycling service they offer. She did not tell me that they don’t dismantle your old bed. A huge firm like Dreams can’t dismantle a bed!? What a joke. Instead of being upfront and honest about it, for weeks they led me to believe this was part of their service. The day of delivery came around and I received a text from the delivery driver asking me to ensure my old bed was dismantled and to put my mattress into the green recycling bag. I wasn’t given a green recycling bag or told anything about this. I told the delivery driver and he was so unhelpful and really quite rude and dismissive saying it wasn’t his problem. He said they would drop the new bed off and leave the old one behind but that was it. I ended up having an argument with him and told him that would not be acceptable as I live in a one bedroom flat. I told him not to deliver and I would contact the store. It took weeks of being pushed from pillar to post and a whole host of false promises etc etc. When I rang head office the so-called manager accused me of being a liar when I told him I wasn’t made aware my old bed wouldn’t be dismantled. He told me I was making a very serious accusation! What the actual!? I didn’t accuse anyone of murder. I simply said I wasn’t given the correct information. His response was then well if I ring the store they’ll confirm this will they. I said probably not because they’re not going to admit their mistake. No apology was given. I cancelled my order and had to return the bedding bundle. The same assistant was in the store. When I asked her why she didn’t give me the correct information about dismantling my old bed, she completely shut me down. I said I’m just asking you a simple question. She couldn’t respond because she knew she was in the wrong. In the end, after waiting a long time, I eventually got my refund. Quick enough to take my money and be all over me when they think they’re getting a sale and then bam, when things go wrong they turn it all around on you and accuse you of being a liar. Completely unprofessional and caused me a ton of unnecessary stress!!

Delivery of bed was seamless. Delivery personnel were cheerful, considerate and assembled bed as requested.

The product and service is/was very good, and what was expected of Dreams.

I was helped by Linda in store and she couldn’t have been more helpful! What a lovely respectful woman and made us feel comfortable through the whole process.

We had a great experience buying our first mattress. The Bexhill team were really helpful, explaining the different mattresses available and which ones suited our budget range. They also gave us the time and space to make a decision, which allowed us to choose a mattress that works best for both of us.

I love my new orthopaedic bed!
It’s so comfortable and being very poorly, I can adjust the back, when watching tv, and the bottom of the bed to help with my arthritic legs. I also have options for a massage too.
The remote control is simple to use - everything is great.
It’s made a big difference for me…I don’t know how I coped before!
Delivery was on time, with helpful instructions.
