An excellent really helpful service by Karen at Dreams, Blyth. The sleep analyser was of great use and Karen was able to guide us towards five or so mattresses out of many in the store that would suit us. This took a lot of trial and error out of the mattress choosing process. We can now have confidence in the fact that the mattress we chose will work for us.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. didn't rush me, helped me to choose the perfect bed, which i am extremely happy with. Also the two men that came to put the bed together, were really nice, just came in and got on with putting the bed together. I would definitely recommend, this Dream Team

the staff in the Blyth store were so helpful and keen to find just what we needed. They showed a good understanding of our requirements and knowledge of the products and offers available. Nothing was too much trouble. There were good offers available and prices were reasonable. Removal of the old mattress is available and also the delivery people can set up the bed for you.

The service I received from the lovely sales assistant at the store to the delivery and putting the bed together was first class, would definitely recommend this company to anyone

Wonderful quality mattress, haven't had a good night's sleep without waking up 3 or 4 times through the night for ages now I am having quality sleep. Staff at shop were great really helpful as were the guys who set it up for me, worked quickly and tidily
