We took my 86 year old Mum to Dreams to find a super king mattress & divan suitable for her and my Dad. The sales lady (extremely patient!) listened to what my Mum was after and she found the perfect bed. She wasn’t rushed or pressured into anything and the sales lady was just lovely. Delivery was spot on also - the guys were ace. Highly recommend Dreams in Cannock.

Paul was amazing at the Cannock store. We had no idea what we were after and he took us around to the sleep matching machine which gave us a few options. Eventually we settled on a tempur mattress, I can’t fault the service we have received and we love our new bed!

Excellent service for my parents which my mum is disabled and in a wheelchair, Kiran was very helpful and made recommendations to suit there needs on an electric bed, definitely would recommend

The delivery drivers were excellent, removed their shoes , unpacked quickly , assembled bed mattress , removed and too packaging away . Very polite came from Liverpool. Would recommend. Dreams shop Cannock very friendly .

Spent an absolute fortune on a Tempur Mattress which has sagged in 6 months of minimal use . They sent a company out to inspect and in the report it stated I have a slatted base when I don’t and all sorts of tests when they only ran a plumb line across the bed. Really not good enough at all. I would never buy a Tempur mattress again . The customer service has been abysmal and I’m stuck with an awful saggy, expensive, 6 month old mattress! Extremely disappointing at best

Following a visit to Cannock Dreams store, to have a look for ideas on purchasing a new mattress, we were welcomed in by two very helpful, friendly members of staff, of whom took the time to listen to our requirements, and pointed us straight to the correct items for us to try, considering we were only viewing for ideas, we placed an order for a new Tempur mattress there and then.

From beginning to end, I received excellent service. All staff in the showroom were so helpful without being pushy. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and all had a good sense of humour, which was much appreciated.

Then I had the delivery. The delivery date was booked and the delivery men arrived on time. Again they were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help me.

Finally the bed! I have literally slept like a baby since getting it. The only problem is forcing myself out of it!.

I thank all staff involved.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bed is fantastic. Went the extra mile accommodating our young son as the store was quiet.

Staff made whole experience good, pointed us to the right bed for our needs.

Overall lovely bed. I wasn’t pleased with how much I paid it is a lovely bed but hassle. The bed foot end had a mark on, the delivery man said he would report & they would ring to replace. I have had to chase and the tv keeps randomly coming out on its own and turning on. They have said they will replace in August! This was a birthday present for the price I would not expect this. No response from whether they will be fitting just a delivery date I originally paid for fitting so I believe they should but no response from my question. The sellers were good. Delivery guys were great, friendly, good communication and fast. Aftercare once they got back to me very good and sorted the tv and replaced the foot end so overall only a slight glitch really happy with the bed and it’s comfortable and 100% better sleep.

We tried 5 matrasses for 5-10 minutes each before narrowing to our top 2, then after another lie down on each we popped out to a competitor and following a similar process returned to Dreams.
We filled in the paper work and sorted a suitable delivery date. The matrass was installed without issues and we are now sleeping comfortably.

Everything went smoothly from places the order felt with in shop in Cannock by a lovely lady to delivery which I was kept in touch about regularly. The two gentlemen who delivered bed were excellent put covers on their shoes removed old mattress and removed cover from new mattress and place mattress on bed. Would really recommend Dreams .

Me and the wife needed a new bed, went to dreams in Cannock and found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

Did buy a bed, would buy a bed again should i need one and would recommend to family and friends.
