When I placed the order for the bed, I was told by the advisor in stor that he would remove the £40 delivery to room as I was having the bed built, however he didn't add it. I had to pay for a handy man to put it together and my 3 year old was left with no bed for a further 3 nights. The chap that delivered the bed though was top class

The whole buying experience was really great from Andrea in the showroom to Mark on delivery. Very impressed

Tested a few beds at Dreams I asked for medium to firm mattress and told that the one that we last tried although firm would be after a month or so be medium to firm quality 🙄 this was not the case it’s still as firm as ever and after paying £800.00 pounds for it we are not getting value for money as aching more than ever, but we left it to late to change now, so my advice would be buy what you ask for and not a sales pitch for the salesperson to give you something different.

Helpful sales assistant, efficient delivery and comfortable bed.

I did not like the close proximity of other customers being served along side of me whilst I was giving and answering personal financial details.
The stations should be much wider apart eg much more private. For this reason I will Never shop at dreams again

Staff very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery excellent arrived on time and old mattress and packing material taken away. Very happy with my new mattress excellent night’s sleep.

Had bed delivered in March I paid a fee to have it installed as I’m disabled. Very disappointed with the set up of the divan bed as it’s only two flimsy plastic hooks that hold it together. Came apart 1st night had to get my son to come down and put it together again.

It was straightforward to change the original delivery date and then the delivery and assembling of the bed was quick and efficient. The bed looks good, sturdy and comfortable.

The delivery men placed the bed over the light switch. We had to move the bed back as it was the only access to electricity in the bedroom. On doing so we could see a crack in the end plate and as a result we have had to have it replaced

The bed measurer machine was good for helping me find the right mattress as was the sales and service. I found a great mattress for a hot sleeper. It arrived and I find it very comfortable and cool. I am coping with the weekly revolving by sleeping the other end of the bed on qnd off, so everything is great and I am getting good nights' sleep.

Very helpful service initially by Mike on 24/3/26 who early asked what sort of bed I was looking for and then showed me an appropriate range of beds & mattresses. He did not put me under any pressure to buy a particular bed. On returning the next day Andrea recognised me and explained that the one sale option had stopped but went through a range of suggestions to maximise my potential savings. This resulted in me purchasing a new bed & the appropriate mattress. Very polite & punctual delivery & assembly of new bed and removal of old one. Good overall service by all involved and a credit to Dreams

I was greeted with friendly experience staff member Gary he helped me choose a memory foam matress & pillows etc he discussed the comfort of the matress etc
