I am very pleased with the mattress except I did not realise how heavy it is and I feel this should be told when it is sold.; especially to people of my age (87).I would like to recommend the young gentleman who served me as well as the 2 people who delivered it.

The bed, mattress & headboard all arrived on the arranged date, two guys brought it in and I was amazed at how fast they assembled it, they took away the old stuff and all the packaging, everything went very smoothly, we were very please.

We wanted to replace our spare bed with a reasonably priced alternative. We visited the Croydon store and were pleased with the wide selecion of beds to chose from. The staff greeted us on arrival but were happy for us to browse alone. We were given information about different types of bed which helped us with our choice. We were given a delivery date in the store.

What a truly awful experience we've had with their bed cover product. Our bed has become faulty after just 18 months. The insurers came out to assess the claim (took 8 weeks for the appointment date), decided that it was in fact valid. It then took a further 4 weeks for them to contact us to tell us the parts weren't available and they'd authorised a replacement. Great we thought. Absolutely not. The bed is discontinued and the amount there offering doesn't even cover half of what a new bed would cost us. Aside from that there isn't a single bed on the dreams website (ottoman) that suits our taste. Dreams have advised that it's tough and that we either accept the claim or it's marked as invalid. I never usually buy insurances like this, but the salesman made is clear it was a like for like insurance product which clearly isn't the case. That's the end of business for us with dreams. And a total waste of money all round.

Diane on the shop floor was amazing. David and Dillon who delivered and built the bed was superb too. Couldn't fault anything at all. The bed is amazing and really changed our nights sleep . Thanks again dreams!

On the same day I was having staircarpet fitted but all the men worked well together and the bed base was fitted in no time at all. Very pleased .

Exceptional knowledge from exceptional colleague.

I wouldn’t buy from Dreams again. I went into the store to try the mattresses and was taken to Sleep Match by a staff member. One of the recommended mattresses was Dream Team Ashbourne. I told the staff member about my lower back problems and how important it was for me to find a decent mattress and i listened to his advice. The mattress was lovely and soft so I purchased it online. I have not had one nights good sleep in two weeks and i have woken up in pain because my spine is not aligned.

I went back into the store today only to be told that this mattress is not really for side sleepers, which I am!

Dreams have offered the 100 night comfort guarantee at a cost of £95, and any money owed will be paid in vouchers.

Im more disappointed because the mattress was recommended by staff which has caused an entirely new problem with my back.
