Customer service was outstanding

The service was good and we were happy with the mattress. Having checked online we realised that it was £400 cheaper. The difference was refunded but should never have been charged at the point of sale. Other than that everything was very good.

Friendly and helpful staff,gave us good advice and then let us take our time making a decision,were not pushy.
