Just what I wanted. Gottfried in Edinburgh sold the right product for me

Excellent service in store by staff who know their products and really care.
Delivery and assembly was excellent and communication was faultless.

Assistant in the shop was very helpful and attentive without being pushy.

Bed and mattress arrived on day stated and delivered within the time frame I had been advised, by two professional and pleasant young men. They quickly assembled the bed and mattress and demonstrated how to use the remote control.

Bed is very comfortable and I am very happy with my purchase.

Godfrey was very nice and friendly with us, he has showed knowledge about the mattresses and he even give me an amazing gifts for my purchase.

I recommend him 100%

Absolutely brilliant from dreams. Dealt with the Edinburgh store this time (George the manager) nothing was too much hassle sorted everything out - he’s a credit to the company. Opted for the Therapur 2800 artic after trying lots of options.

From the moment we walked into Dreams we were welcomed in asked if we would like a coffee or tea he did not rush us he was very knowledgeable and very pleasant he helped us get what we wanted I would recommend if anyone needs a new bed or mattress to go in

From entering ur seafield store. Godfrey made us feel welcomed.. took the time to go through everything with us ..from the comfort of the mattress to picking the bed.. Godfrey was such a gentleman from start to finish.. even offered tea an coffee.. I would definitely recommend Godfrey as a great salesman.... The delivery guys (15TH November 9.30).. sorry can't remember there names .. however they were so so helpful ... polite..taken the time to cover there shoes before entering my house.. explained everything about the bed .. how it works .. taking all the wrappings away with them.. so polite from entering to leaving... I would certainly recommend these guys ... 100%...

Easy enough experience in the shop. We made our choice, sorted our options, and got a date set.

The only thing to possible moan at it the value of the delivery costs, even without the building. As an already premium item, can rocket further.

That said, the bed is great, and was delivered as prescribed, with no issues. Hence, the 5-Stars.
