The sales lady was superb and sold us the perfect bed

when reviewing to get a new Mattress the staff were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. we got what we required.

My new mattress has so far been worth every penny of the £1,360.00 I spent on it. I cannot remember when I have been so comfortable in a bed! And the first time I have fallen asleep so quickly, without having to first toss and turn about, trying to find the most comfortable position! Brilliant!

Kat was en point and very helpful knowing her subject. The ‘bed’ experience was amusing but quite an eye opener as to where we required support.
The delivery was good but they seemed reluctant to take all the wrappings, which after mentioning this, the did remove this for us.

From entereing the store to finalising the order, everything was handled very well and professionally.
We were carefully guided to the appropriate ranges to look at, with pros and cons (and pricing) explained at each stage.
We settled (!) on the latest upgrade of the model of mattress we had bought at the same store 8 years ago.

We went into Fareham branch this morning and Jennifer served us. She listened carefully to our needs and was extremely knowledgeable. We purchased a mattress that suited our needs.

The staff were great; knowledgeable, friendly & helpful and they helped me find a great value new mattress that suited my needs and my budget. I loved the test bed with the sensors!

The store layout is a bit confusing but with help from the staff, I found exactly what I wanted.

What made it the best experience was the fact that they were able to do a fall body scan of what mattress would be best for my back and hip and ever since I received the mattress I have never slept better. And I no longer wake up with back pain.
