The staff in store were very helpful. And the delivery guys were excellent

Our experience was good, however, we were asked if we wanted extra cover, the man said I am giving you a mattress protector for free anyway should be £70, but did we want the cover? We declined and the mattress protector was never mentioned again. It is our understanding now you only get that if you take the extra cover, however, he did use the words throw in the protector for free anyway, it wasn’t explained clearly. He also did not mention taking it to the room is an extra charge, we believed it was a standard charge until we saw dreams advertising free delivery. Overall happy with our purchase but we do believe we were purposefully misled. However, the delivery men were great and even helped fix the bed a bit.

The mattress is comfortable and was delivered exactly as planned

The staff delivering the mattress base were very helpful and mindful of my property. They explained what would be happening and showed me how to use the mattress base.

I FOUND MY NEW BED A BIT SWEETIE. I WAKE UP AT NIGHT AND HAVE TO GET UP TO COOL DOWN. I FOUND MY NEW BED IS SAGGING IN THE MIDDLE JUST SLIGHTLY. I HAVE NOT HAD A REALLY GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP SINCE I BROUGHT THE BED.

Jamie was very helpful and polite. Put me on the machine which decided which mattress I needed. The price for bed, mattress and headboard was very . The bed turned out to be very comfortable. Will surely visit the store again.

A very good selection of quality beds at the Gillingham branch to choose from. The staff where very helpful, particularly Ian who guided us through the options most suitable for, and tailored personally for us. The Gillingham branch have an amazing piece of equipment/bed that Ian invited us to use, which analyses an individual's weight and body shape in 2 of your sleeping positions for 1 or 2 people. When the analyses is complete the equipment recommends the type of mattress most suitable you.

My mattress was delivered on the appointed date. The delivery guys were efficient and came conveniently early within the allotted time slot.

Amazing shopping experience in the Gillingham store. Gary was helpful and gave a lot of advice and assistance, but also gave us time alone to chat and wander. Now awaiting delivery and hope that experience will be as good as the service we received in store.

Went in and got exactly what I wanted! Was fairly quick, with Jamie offering me the choice of three, and talking me through the process. Can’t wait for it to arrive now!

The sales team were very helpful and answered any questions , delivery was great and the guys , taking upstairs and unpacking and left the place tidy, also they removed the old mattress , would recommend Dreams.

Since we brought the new mattress my husband wakes up feeling much fresher and with much less aches in his body.
