A lovely and warm welcome
From the moment I arrived at the shop and the warm welcome a friendly and smiling member of the staff that helped me promptly answering all my questions and give his professional advise all the way through my visit to the shop.
It was great joy browsing the shop and I loved the professionalism of the staff. Thank you for everything and the lovely hot chocolate.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service from Tariq, from entering the shop and throughout our whole experience. We tried the Beddit system and he showed us a selection of mattresses that met our needs. We also bought the Tempur pillows as I had been experiencing neck and shoulder pain and I have to say the transformation is amazing! The mattress is so comfortable, it literally is a dream to sleep on, and the pillows are well worth the money. We had the best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time. Highly recommend them.

From start to finish, my mattress-buying experience was excellent. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was prompt, and the product exceeded my expectations. The mattress is incredibly comfortable, offering great support and a perfect night's sleep. Customer service was also top-notch—friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
