Pleasant experience

The mattress is very comfortable and my sleep pattern has changed for the better now, would highly recommend also the pillows are giving me a really good comfortable night's sleep.

Brilliant store experience from Geoff and the team at Dreams Redditch branch. Everyone went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for.

I am very impressed with dreams , there communication was very good delivery was very good on time and the delivery men were very friendly and professional would definitely recommend dreams

Steve at the Redditch branch was absolutely fantastic in helping us decide on our new mattress.
Even went back to get my son a new mattress a few weeks after, again Steve was very helpful 😊

Gemma was amazing, was also very patient as we wasn’t quite sure which bed and mattress we wanted.. however we chose a bed and it was all explained in detail. Gemma showed us all the different colours and materials that were available in that type of bed we chose, we also used the sleep machine to decide the best type of mattress we needed… I highly recommend anyone who goes into the store to speak to Gemma as she knows her stuff and she will make sure you get the best bed and mattress you need for your lifestyle and comfort. I will never go anywhere else now that’s for sure… Gemma is an asset to the store and the company.

Good customer service but issue with product missing velcro

More concerning is that Dreams website states that beds are made at Oldbury in the West Midlands whereas mine was stamped MADE IN CHINA...

Fabulous service from shop to bedroom

The staff where great the two men that came to assemble bed were very polite and pleasant a great experience from start to finish

It feels good to buy from a store like this, you feel they have everything available to help you make a decision. They have beds and mattresses that can be tested and they even offer a 100 day return policy if the bed or mattress turns out a little uncomfortable; fortunately I did not need to return anything. Would use again.

A long awaited visit to get a new bed and mattress. Staff where excellent there knowledge was fabulous and put us at ease and we're not at all pushy.
With that I can't understand why we wasn't informed the base is from China WE rang to find out the progress at 8 weeks and was told it could take another 12 weeks as there is a delay coming from abroad.
If I had know that I wouldn't of bought it as there would be delays if we had a problem.
We was told we can reorder another but will take another 9 to 12 weeks
We are stuck without a bed and both have disabilities.
So upset

I have to say I was very impressed. The lady who took my order was very polite and helpful and made sure I was ok with everything. The day my mattress was due to be delivered they called me in the morning to confirm everything. They said they’d call 5 minutes before they arrived which they did. When they arrived they bought my mattress upstairs and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very polite guys.

We came into the store late December while visiting family after ordering our bed frame online and immediately we warmly welcomed. Myself and my partner seen to by Alice who was very friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to find exactly what would be best for our comfort and needs. We were quickly set up on the mattress tester to see what would be best for our comfort and sleep style. She was very helpful with all the questions we had about the different types of mattresses as we tried out a nice variety. We were never felt rushed or inconvenient for needing to take a moment to think our options over. We were offered hot beverages by other members of staff as they all helped us with their product knowledge, experience on what would be preferable. Alice and her lovely colleague Nicky were so patient and helpful as we discussed our preferred payment plans. Even as we had to wait for approval for our plan they were very helpful in making sure that we didn’t have to wait around for the plan to approved by putting things through for us. Despite our worries they were always very clam and reassuring. They were really helpful on making sure we saved money and got the best mattress for our money. As we were still waiting for delivery date for our bed frame they both made sure to help us, letting us know that when we got our delivery date to call them and they’d sync our mattress delivery with our bed for our convenience. Over all great experience and lovely staff. Would recommend.

Excellent service and efficient delivery and set up of the new bed including the removal of the one which was being replaced

Excellent service, great friendly staff, fab communication. New mattress delivered and old one taken away from first floor flat in around 10 minutes max. Cannot fault. Would highly recommend from point of entry into store right through to delivery.
